I've been using Mark for about 2 years, and I'm very satisfied with it. Mainly for writing blog posts and rewriting content. The quality of the output is excellent.

Recently, I had an issue, mostly due to my own mistake. I contacted customer support and they solved it quickly, when they could have easily said it was my own fault. This was the reason for me to write this positive review.

It's when problems arise that you discover who you can count on. And Mark Copy AI has proven to be a reliable partner.

They mention a free trial upon registering your personal information. Nothing happened, and I give these away without anything in return...

MarkCopy is the best tool that I have for content creation and it is a game changer for me, my team, our websites and those of our clients!

The blog content that it creates is spot on 99% of the time and it is ready to post after a quick check. The process to create the posts is easy and it also does incredibly well at getting the keywords from SEMrush and allowing you to see the best options. It would be nice if we could use more longtail keywords directly but this is easily adjustable as you go through the blog post creation process (which takes only a couple of minutes).

It also does fantastic Linkedin posts that you can schedule and these are great and have got me lots of followers by just spending a couple of minutes to organise several days worth of posts. They are graded and given a score which is very helpful.

There is also a website content creation functionality that sorts it all by content sections and puts it into a PDF which can then be converted into a Google Doc if needed.

The support team are quick to respond to my questions and always happy to help.

I am very happy with the tool and highly recommend to single users looking to improve their SEO game and to that of agencies who are looking to do for themselves and their clients! Highly recommended!

J'ai été prélevé une seconde fois, malgré ma demande d'annulation auprès d'un de leur conseillé le 29 décembre. Etrangement, je n'ai plus aucun moyen de contacter le chat ni d'envoyer un email.

J'attends un retour rapidement !

Je ne recommande absolument pas Mark copy. Je me suis inscrite le 28/08/2022 et j'ai trouvé que le logiciel était basique par rapport à Jasper AI. Donc, j'ai annulé l'abonnement vers le milieu du mois de septembre 2022. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas noté la date mais heureusement que j'ai fait une capture d'écran qui spécifie bien que l'annulation a été faite. Aujourd’hui, 05/10/2022, ils viennent de me prélever 178,80 euros. Je viens de leur envoyer un message et ça prétend que j'ai annulé mon abonnement aujourd'hui. Faites attention, ce sont des arnaqueurs ! quand vous faites votre abonnement, tout se passe bien ! Dès que vous voulez annuler, les problèmes commencent ! Pas de service client que vous pouvez appeler directement, juste une messagerie qui ne vous répond même pas !
