Ordered 2m of 14 guage marine grade…
Ordered 2m of 14 guage marine grade wire. It was delivered 24 hours late and worse only measured 1.6m so took short for what I needed. Called them (phone picked up immediately without pressing any options so 5 star for that) and explained and the lady said she would send out a replacement that day. It did arrive after 2 days so happy at last. But what should have been a simple 24 hour experience for me ended up being 4 days.

Delivery process was disappointing
Delivery process was disappointing. Courier delays meant item took one week before it was received. When paying extra for a service then would expect a more efficient result.

Great service and good price
Ordered two times (different products) shipped the same day and delivered the next day but DPD - Excellent service, second to none.
Also what I bought was also a good price.
Would definitely use them again, and will be my first place to look if I want something else.

Product as expected but posted expensive.
Product as expected, but the postage was over £7 for a £2 product which was expensive, especially when Royal Mail only charged £3 for postage.
