I wish I’d read some reviews before ordering from this company.
I didn’t though, and ordered 4 (knitted) tops. Two were just about ok, but the other two were appalling - made from some sort of plastic material that had been sewn together.
I (perhaps stupidly) thought that the tops were made and shipped from Madrid, but no, they are made and shipped from China. So when I complained about the two tops that weren’t what I ordered, I was advised to return them at my cost and I would be refunded. After a long exchange of emails (because I refused to pay for the return of goods I didn’t order), I was offered a 50% refund. When I agreed to it, there was no answer, so I nudged them again. The response was that as it was outside the 14 day return window, they would (graciously) give me a 20% refund and I could keep the tops.
I considered denouncing them, but didn’t have the energy.
My advice - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Don’t waste your money. Read the reviews. Lesson learned the hard way unfortunately. Item received and slightly different from that advertised but completely the wrong size so they suggested sending a replacement for just the postage of £9.95. I naively thought that would be quicker and cheaper. Of course no new item ever received and now no response to any emails.

I’m kicking myself that I did not read these reviews earlier as I would not have placed my order. The item that I received looks so incredibly different to that advertised and was certainly not worth the £45 that I spent on it (and that was on sale too!) I have contacted the company to request the details for a return, however I’m not hopeful that this will be a straight forward process given that it was sent from Hong Kong.

The quality if the coat for being on sale is very very poor
I would have been even angrier if I paid full price
The smell that is coming from the coat is disgusting .

It looks like a sack and the trousers are to long for even my husband he is 6ft 2”
Just realised I’m gonna have to return it and lose20% of my refund
Funny I don’t see this on their catalogue I will go to trading standards let’s we if we can get them struck off

If I could give no stars then I would! Ordered what looked like a lovely elegant black dress for my graduation. When the dress finally arrived it was like a bit of old cloth, the v neck was stitched wrong and it was just horrible! Very disappointed and wished I had read the reviews before hand! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

They indicated that delivery was prompt…I waited around 2 weeks. I ordered 2 pairs of boots which were described as “suede” but what arrived were cheap boots in some kind of soft material and probably were made in China. I’ve learnt a lesson here….there are so many companies like these selling on the internet and it’s almost impossible to get a refund.

Do not use will not accept returns

They are scammers! I'm very disappointed of everything about this company, I ordered a coat with a value of £50 and never arrived on the right address, the coat arrived in a wrong address in a different town far from me. I contact them to have a refund but the only money I got was only £17 pounds. It was a total loss of money without receiving nothing at my door.

Horrible, took a long time and when the 5 tops came , i realized it was the same ones i saw on Temu for 12.00 and i had paid 65 each, horrible, i started complaining right away, they never offered me anything back, just to send them back first and the address to return , did not exist and of course it was in china, it was too expensive to send back, after months they offered me half my money back and keep the product, eventually my bank gave me back my money but they somehow said , they had returned my money, such a rip off, i dont see them on line now, but that was a few months ago and i see people were still ordering from them, follow up with your card or bank for your money back and report them everywhere , someone had put a youtube video out you can find it if you search

Cheap rubbish from China! Took weeks to arrive and when it did arrive, the quality of awful and typical of that from China!

Shocking. Avoid at ALL COST. Chinese garbage they pretend comes from the uk & it doesn’t actually arrive from anywhere. 5-10 day’s shipping but 14 days later my parcel has just left China. Scammers.

Really wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. Absolutely terrible service. I placed an order early December and apparently the parcel has been with Yodel since the 6th December. 17 days later and still no delivery…

The worst store, Chinese quality clothing , not matching description on the website. They scammers, avoid to communicate, sent many emails for my refound . They are avoiding or not responding at all . Not worth your money , spent somewhere local .

Fabric extremely misrepresented! Horrible polyester. No tags on shirt, in fact, one was cut off.
They offered 100% discount, which is laughable when one is completely unsatisfied with the product!
Then they said to ship it to China…which costs more than the shirt is worth.
The unfortunate people who have to sew this junk and probably get paid next to nothing!

Total SCAM! Total RIP OFF! I ordered a jumpsuit. It was poorly made and the straps at their maximum were way too short. I wanted a refund but I would have to mail the item to China with no guarantee it would be received or that I would be reimbursed. They offered me a replacement product. I ordered a cotton blouse. It was NOT COTTON but rather a cheap polyester. Do not shop through this outlet. I wish I had read the SCAM reviews first.

This is a fraudulent company claiming to be a long-standing Vancouver shop. The website was only created in March or April of 2025 which I unfortunately didn't know until too late. The piece I ordered came much later than stated, did not ship by Purolator as I was told, and when it arrived the material was a cheap poly with zero breathability (on the website this claims to be a breathable but it's absolutely not). The tag on the neckline was cut off and there was no tag anywhere else stating the material or washing/care instructions. The straps and buttons were totally different from the website also. In their refund policy it states that if someone says "my product doesn't look like it did on the website" that this isn't a valid enough concern for them to refund. I unfortunately also didn't notice this until after I received my product. They have offered me a 100% store credit for the amount of my first purchase and I have asked for a refund instead. I am so sad to think that this wasn't created ethically.

If I could give zero stars I would. Total scam. Products I purchased are poorly made and the quality of material is awful. They offered me 30% refund.
