Been using treatment for about 4 weeks. Nails were in very bad state - brittle and splitting down length on 2 of them. Think there has been some improvement. Not as brittle but breaking as soon as any short growth occurs. Optimistic about continued use.

I ordered the Margaret Dabbs nail strengthener in The Marylebone and The King"s Rd. which were excellent value as they were on offer. I have nails which tend to peel from the free edge and have vertical splits along the ridges on a couple of them. I've tried many nail treatments and have to say that these are the best of the lot. They seem to address all the issues I have and are
lovely worn alone or as a base coat. They dry quickly, give a smooth even
finish and don't seem to chip off! Delivery was fast and efficient. I'll certainly continue to use these longterm as maintenance, coupled with the nail and cuticle serum which is also excellent.

Absolutely brilliant, I’ve always had to keep on top of looking after my feet, and this has become my go to product. I’m a gym guy so feet in trainers and boots at work. I’m the only one out of all my pals that can get their feet out in summer 😆
I use it every night before bed and occasionally during the day before putting my socks on. It absorbs really well, keeps my feet soft and comfortable and doesn’t leave them feeling overly greasy.
I’ve tried plenty of different foot creams over the years, but this is definitely one I’ll keep using, highly recommended.

For my Medical Pedicure it describes the following on their website:-
Your website describes the treatment as:
"A perfect foot treatment and diagnostic tool for advanced treatments, popular with both men and women. The pedicure will reduce hard skin, corns and callus and focuses on toenail health and appearance. It is performed on a dry foot to ensure exceptionally long-lasting results and will leave you feeling like you are walking on air."
Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect this description. In fact, I have received better results from a standard £25 pedicure at my local salon. Given the premium price charged for a medical pedicure, I expected a significantly higher standard of treatment, expertise and outcome.
Firstly, there has been no noticeable reduction in my hard skin or calluses. My feet appear virtually unchanged from before the treatment, which is extremely disappointing given the nature and cost of the service.
Secondly, I had to raise concerns about my toenails and possible fungal issues myself. Had I not mentioned these concerns, they would not have been addressed at all. I also had concerns regarding bumps on my toes, but these were neither discussed nor assessed during the appointment.
In addition,the quality of the nail filing. The finish is uneven, poorly shaped and not smooth, which falls well below the standard I would expect from a professional medical pedicure.
I was also charged £105 for the appointment. When I booked by telephone, I specifically asked about the cost and was advised that the treatment would be £90, with an additional £15 only if I chose to have polish applied. I did not have polish applied, so I do not understand why I was charged £105. I would ask that you review the booking call, as your colleague clearly confirmed the pricing during our conversation.
Finally, I found the appointment itself uncomfortable. There was virtually no discussion throughout the treatment, no assessment of my concerns, and very little communication, which left me feeling uneasy and dissatisfied with the overall experience. For a treatment described as both a pedicure and a diagnostic service, I would have expected a much more thorough consultation and explanation of any findings or recommendations.
Absolutely appalling and we will not be using this company again.

Our Medical Pedicure is intended to include a comprehensive consultation, diagnosis and treatment carried out by a qualified podiatrist or foot health practitioner, with particular attention to hard skin, corns, calluses and toenail health. It is therefore concerning to hear that you felt your concerns about your toenails and the bumps on your toes were not properly assessed, and that there was insufficient communication throughout your appointment.
We are also very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the finish of your toenails and that the result did not deliver the improvement you expected. Your comments regarding the quality of the treatment and the lack of consultation are important, and we would like the opportunity to investigate this properly with the clinic team.
We have also noted your specific concern regarding the £105 charge and your recollection of the telephone conversation about the £90 treatment price and polish supplement. Our Medical Pedicure pricing does vary according to the clinic and practitioner, so we would very much like to review the booking details and the call you have referred to rather than leave this unresolved.
Please contact our customer service team, directly with your booking details so that we can investigate the appointment, pricing and treatment experience fully. We are truly sorry that your visit left you feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. This is not the experience we want anyone to have at Margaret Dabbs London, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.
