Horrible company
Horrible company! DO NOT ORDER!! I returned 2 dresses within 1 day. I confirmed via tracking number that the dresses were received by them. They do not respond to emails and they do not answer the phone. After 3 months, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back.

Love the dresses, had trouble getting in touch with customer service over the holidays but they got back to me in 72 hrs, not perfect but made sure my wifes dresses arrived on time.

The return process is practically impossible because the company deliberately ignores emails. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have received no response. The lack of any reaction from the store prevents me from returning the purchased item, which I consider outrageous and a clear sign of unprofessional behavior.
I kindly request an urgent response to this matter; otherwise, I will take legal action.
This is a scandal and consumer fraud.
Bad customer service
Same review as everyone. I purchased an evening gown and trying to return it. The return portal is giving an error. I sent an email to multiple emails on the website. No response from their end. I sent atleast 5 or 6 emails in the last couple of days. Is this company a scam? Can someone help me to file a complaint against them? I need a return label and refund.
Will not process your return
I sent in a return and it was never credited back to me. NO one will answer emails and all phone lines to the company do not work. It has been nearly 3 weeks of trying.
Marchesa Ripoff
Ordered dress, too big, tried to return. Website return port portal not working, none of the phone numbers work, emailed the three different customer service addresses I could find on the website and got forms letter back saying they would get back to me in 24 hours. Nope. Now two weeks later, filed a complaint on PayPal and was able to see a contact email of someone that works there - so I reached out to her several times and she ended up sending me a return authorization form, and seemed very sincere about getting my refund back to me in a timely fashion. I sent the dress back, and it’s now been 10 days since it arrived there, per tracking info.
I don’t understand with all of the celebrity endorsements, international press and association with luxury brands that this could be a scam. All of their job postings on LinkedIn seem legit. I am waiting for them to send me a check for $477. This has been the worst online shopping experience.

Same as many other reviews. I made a purchase confident because they advertise free returns. Mind you these are not cheap dresses. I have sent numerous requests to process my return as the dress was too big on me and nobody has gotten back. They have an automated message saying 24 hours reply and it’s been 2 weeks and no one has gotten back to me. I am going to report them to American Express tomorrow.

I am having the same problem with Marchesa returns as all of the reviews I am reading. This is a scam!!! I call the number listed and it says all people are busy- click! I try the return and it says all systems are down. I try the return on Marchesa website and it says it has not record of my order number. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and American Express is following up on my purchase. Do not buy from Marchesa!!!!

I ordered 4 dresses, 2 in different sizes. I have emailed them everyday and no response. This website is a scam. I'm going to file with my CC company and pray I get my thousands back I spent. I'm so shocked by this and this well known brand. There is no way to return somehting if they do not responsed to give you the RMA and address to return too.
No Returns
Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing my dress. I have emailed Marchesa multiple times now to try and get a refund on a dress that does not fit correctly.
They will not accept returns unless first initiated through Marchesa. Their return portal is disabled, they will not respond to any emails, and there is no return information on their website, meaning that there is effectively no way to return items to them.

I ordered a dress that doesn't fit. The button to initiate a return doesn't work and the phone number 212.463.8177 does not work. THIS SITE IS A SCAM. I also did not hear back when I emailed them. Totally irresponsible company.

I would give them no stars if I could. I have sent 2 dresses back within the 14 day return policy and have not received a refund. The third dress came after I sent the 2 prior ones back but now the returns portal has been shut down for the past 10days so you are unable to even make a return. Never buy from this company, you will never see a refund. I'm out over $1600.
Non-existent Customer Service
I attempted to return a dress the day after receiving the order. "Our returns portal is currently disabled. Need help with a return? Contact us at..." One day after contacting them, I received a "ticket" with a promise that I would be contacted. That was four days ago. I have sent another email as the portal is still "down". I have not received a response. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company. To avoid a headache and being out hundreds of dollars or more, and stuck with sub-par clothing, do not order ANYthing from Marchesa.

Don't buy from this brand. The company doesn't follow their own return policy of 14 days. You won't get any response back via email except an automated response saying they will get back you in 24hrs. No phone number to call. I wanted to exchange a dress for a smaller size. Plus the zipper was already malfunctioning when I received it.

I am extremely disappointed. I ordered a beautiful dress from Marchesa, but the zipper is flawed and I can't advance it. I have sent numerous emails (at least 5) to the company to try and exchange the item and have not received a single reply from them. I am now stuck with an item that I cannot wear because the zipper is effectively broken. Their customer service isn't simply bad; it doesn't exist.
