The one thing that is really helpful is how blunt she was about my case. She only wants facts and not hear say. She seemed feisty. That’s someone you want on your side during court

Joshua Wilford walked me through the entire financial process, explaining all the options available to me whereby my financing was approved. So great full to have been taken care of by him.

Do not use if you actually need an attorney. AI can do what they do. Now I'm in a financial battle with them and paying another attorney to handle my divorce.

Between the attorney and their financial rep they did not tell me they would not be attorney of record or represent me in court. They made it sound like they had my back. They didn't tell me that they only wrote up the paperwork and never appeared as my attorney with the court. They left that in the small print. No one gave me a disclaimer or notice that i would be representing myself and even though i paid an attorney i didn't really have one.

I hired them for a divorce case. Why would i hire an attorney to not be in court for such an important matter? I wouldn't, no one would. If they would have been upfront and told me this i would not have hired them. They scammed me in my opinion. If your service is so great you should be able to tell the potential client the truth in what you are going to do.

Their customer service is horrible. They do not respond to any inquiries or complaints. I financed them through Klarna. I am disputing the charges with them as well. Marble is still trying to charge me for work they never did(negotiation contract) My divorce went to default because their attorney never filed the answer to divorce complaint in the required time.

Attorney Potter was very patient knowledgeable and understanding with giving me information in regards to my choices, options and next steps. If I am able to proceed, she gave me hope and that’s something I have not had during this entire process. I am thankful for the opportunity to even get a chance to work with her.

From the very beginning the company did not explain things well starting with the fee to have someone served. Without going into to much detail you will be better off going to the law library and doing yourself saving a couple of thousands, after that I against my better judgement continued to use them. Now they use the term (Services) in a way to justify in my opinion to over charge you for little to no work and claim (Services). The first lawyer I had was very disrespectful and when I called marble for another lawyer stating why, they never followed back up with me and nothing was done but I did get another lawyer which was no better. Both lawyers had poor communication skills, they both allowed my court date to get pushed back three times for a total of 3 months because they were lazy. I paid to go to final court which never happen because I resolved the issue outside of the courts myself, even typed of a document needed that me and the mother signed similar to what my lawyer would have done. When it was all said and done the total I paid for the (SERVICES) I was told were completed where I have multiple emails explaining to marble things were not getting done by my lawyer. When i asked for a partial refund because we did not go to final court which would have been hours in the court room on top of other little services that I did because my lawyer was not doing her job I was denied and never notified neither phone or email, I had to call multiple times because no one could tell me anything smh on top of that I asked for a itemized list showing each (Service) they completed along with the cost beside it so if there were any kind of discrepancies it could be addressed, I was denied that right by Marble. It was a horrible experience and I would never refer them to anyone, go look at BBB and see all the complaints about people all saying the same thing, if 60 people are all telling the same story in same way shape or form that should speak volumes of this company. That they feel marble has taken advantage or them with this term (Services) 3 months later I'm dealing with now paperwork that wasn't submitted for the final order but let Marble tell it all services were rendered.
