Manuka Money provided an overall helpful service in securing my mortgage, though the experience wasn't without its challenges. While Carl showed expertise and was available to offer guidance throughout the process, I found some aspects of the support could have been smoother or more straightforward. It's clear the team is knowledgeable, but for me, the process felt more drawn out than I had hoped. Still, they did manage to secure a deal that met my needs, which I appreciated. A decent service, but room for improvement. 3 stars.

Carl was incredibly helpful and personable. He took the stress out of securing our mortgage, and helped us secure our home! We recently went back to him so we could carry out some work on our house. Would recommend him to anyone needing a mortgage without the stress!

I was recommended to Carl and the Manuka money team by a friend and have been really impressed with the professional service. Carl went through the mortgage process with us in easy to understand language and has made the whole thing a breeze. Carl is alway quick to respond to any queries and has updated me on better rates that become available before we complete our property purchase and even told me to message him whilst he was was on a recent holiday if I needed anything! Unlike other mortgage advisors who ask for their fee when an agreement in principle is in place, the Manuka money fee is only paid on completion.
