Mano bank have the slowest processing team in the world. I have an EMI that use them - its literally stone age performance. Please stay clear of them at all cost. Really bad bank that you cant trust with your funds.

This bank is a scam. You have to pay 200 euro for a fake due diligence, since they exam just your passport! If the account doesn't open, they don't refund anything.

I was hesitant about this institution because I had not heard much about it. However, it turns out that it has been in the financial field for more than 28 years and has recently changed its name. In general, their offers (at least for business) are the best I have received, the service is smooth and fast. Compared to the biggest banks, it feels like Mano Bankas is much more interested in attracting, retaining and serving its customers well.

I want to share my experience of opening an account with Mano Bank. I am the founder of a charitable foundation. On May 9, 2022, we registered our foundation on Mano Bank's online client registration platform, submitted all the documents. No intelligible information was told to us, just said that verification is going on. We tried to contact and understand, we were not told anything, then we called and on May 31 a manager was assigned to us - here is the fun part, he asked us: what account do you want to open, it threw me into a stupor. We didn't clarify everything, we said we wanted to open an account for a charitable foundation, we were told to submit the documents back and we did it and there is no information back, always the answer is wait, we are dealing with the documents. Now it is the second month that we have submitted the documents and there are no results. My advice to future clients is to look carefully at the bank and demand a clear deadline for opening. Maybe for someone they open it fast, but we citizens of Ukraine faced such a problem. I strongly advise against applying here, all proof of my words I can provide
