I sold my property with Mannleys - it was listed for about 1 month before sale was agreed with just the 3rd viewing. I felt my property was fairly priced and Lydia negotiated a sale price I was really pleased with.
Jo handled the sales process from there and I was kept well informed either by phone or email, and ultimately completed the sale smoothly.
I was actually quite nervous when I listed my property, as there were about 3 others within a stone's throw of a similar or slightly higher price than mine which were listed with other agents, but actually mine was priced correctly as it sold quickly whilst the others remained on the market - testament to their accurate pricing and great marketing and customer service!

We had a stress free experience and were able to readily get hold of staff if we had any questions or required assistance with paperwork. I cannot fault this team. From the very beginning, they have been super-efficient, answered all questions, have shown to be completely on the ball and have delivered an exceptional service over the last 6 months. We took a bit of a gamble as they were slightly more expensive, but it has been worth every penny. Emails are answered promptly, issues are dealt with straight away and knowing that your property is in safe hands is worth its weight in gold. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mannleys - they are the ultimate in professionalism. Very impressed with their high standards.

Excellent Support During a Difficult Transition
We were recently served an eviction notice as the landlords wanted the property back, which was a huge shock after living in our home for four years. Mannleys took over the management of the property two years ago following the passing of the original agent and the collapse of their business.
Throughout their time managing the property, Mannleys have always been attentive and helpful. When we received the eviction notice, they went above and beyond to support us in finding a new home. They were incredibly responsive to our queries and managed the quick turnaround from one property to the next with impressive efficiency.
