Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service! Don’t respond to emails, still waiting for payment for the laptops that I sent in, been waiting for 4 days and counting, so it’s a complete lie those 8 business hours payment claims on the website. Go somewhere else and give this “shop” a miss. I wish I could give 0 stars!

Easy & simple

Love the easy, straightforward process in selling my old device.

One thing I think could be improved is the device self-assessment process. I wish the calculation considers overseas device factor to reflect more accurate appraisal from the get go.

Overall, I would still recommend ManMade Cycle for a simple used devices selling/trade-in!

Incredible service

I have recently engaged with Man made to sell my iMac desktop computer, Apple Air iPad and an older model iPhone. I found the company very professional to deal with especially Evan who picked up my items as I was at work. The communication has been excellent and feedback and payment timely. A very professional organisation and I would highly recommend their services. Thank you Team.

Disappointed

Dropped my laptop of in person to sell in late November, price was agreed upon on the spot by Evan, haven't heard back since after countless attempts calling their phone number as there was no response via email. It's been over a month and my computer is still in their possession. Just looking for a professional approach and resolution to this.
