Ordered a top for my daughter in the sale (definitely not worth to purchase the full price). A totally different top came weeks later not what I ordered at all, daughter is so disappointed. No way of contacting the company for s refund or any customer service whatsoever. Rip off! Do not waste your time

Excellent service. Wrong T shirts sent as my husband needed them for the holiday. Once I emailed them they sent the right short sleeve ones.

Lack of communication
Lack of communication from seller. Had no update to say the order was dispatched. A couple of emails were sent as needed an update due to it being a Christmas present. Once I saw WhatsApp was an option to get in touch, they replied quickly but this shouldn’t have happened. If you order, be prepared to wait several weeks for your items. Can not yet comment on the quality or size of clothing as it’s a gift so will edit in due course.

Such a Shame
The garments are well made, but, unfortunately there is a but. Firstly, the neck is very tight on all the ones I ordered. Secondly, although all marked xxl, some are fine some are tight. When using what appears to be good quality material, why have haphazard sizings and tight necks?

Placed an order on 11/10/24 received on 26/20/24, so, first issue, leave at least two weeks for delivery. Second issue, my parcel arrived with an item missing, no reason from the company, i had to contact them. They eventually got back to me and apologised saying the item was out of stock and they would issue a refund. That was nine days ago! The quality of the items is quite good thats why i gave two stars, but just be wary of the lengthy delivery time and the poor after sales resolutions.
