THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS.
I WILL REPORT THE THEFT OF MONEY TO MY BANK!!!

Arrived wrapped up in bubble wrap, not in a presentation box. Poor presentation Nail powder jars were only half full. Not worth the money you pay. I cant give this to someone as a Christmas present so have wasted my money.

Rubbish Company.

7 months I’ve been waiting so far for the £30 set I paid for. I keep getting a different excuse every time I email. They tend to respond to my emails once a month. No product and no £30. I think I’m going to give up the battle soon :-(
Please don’t use them.

The product is terrible. Very poor quality. It takes ages to dry. Hardly any liquid supplied. It looks dodgy and cheap. Took ages to arrive and very dodgy customer service. Avoid. Reviews are fake on their website as they don’t include negative ones .

Absolutely Disappointed – Waste of Money

I ordered this product with high expectations based on the photos and description on the website, but what I received was completely different. The packaging looked cheap and nothing like what was advertised, which was the first red flag.

Even worse, the manicure started peeling and coming off within just a few days,
far from the long-lasting quality they claim. When I reached out to customer service for a refund, I was told I couldn’t return it because of a strict 14-day policy, even though my order took nearly a month to arrive.

This entire experience has been extremely disappointing. The product quality is poor, the advertising is misleading, and the customer service is unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone!!!! save your money and shop elsewhere, Amazon has better product for half the price!!!!

Took a couple of goes to get it perfect, especially as I’m not very good with normal polish, but I’ve had no problems with it. Nails last for over a week before chipping usually, but that’s after cleaning and gardening with no gloves. I just want a quick polish when I go out, so it doesn’t bother me that it doesn’t last for weeks and it’s cheaper than going to a nail salon. I find it really easy to remove too and it doesn’t leave my nails dry and flaky like salon gels. Depends what you want I suppose.

Very disappointed woth what's arriver. There is glue on the brush even when peeling it off you can still feel where it's been.
Didn't arrive in a box. Wrapped in bubble wrap and then a jiffy bag so cannot be gifted.
The overall quality isn't worth the money.

Was charged for this product…..received a notice that it was returned to merchant because of damage……questioned the company if they were going to resend my order… no response😡

Arrived eventually, wrapped in bubble wrap, not boxed, as was advertised. Went on ok, but I haven't tried any other products to compare to and only lasted 10 days.

If there was an option for zero stars I would have gone for it. Terrible dipping nail powder. Goes on patchy and lumpy. Doesn’t come off easily and Manicista don’t honour their money back guarantee. They say in order to be eligible for a refund the product has to be unused!!!! How can you find out how terrible it is if you don’t try it. Total scammers

Never received my product and it’s been almost 3 weeks and I still haven’t got a refund.

The product lasts about a day at best. Spoke to customer service who advised another order would be sent out. Received nothing after 3 months and when chased via email received the response of ‘…’.

Absolute rubbish, came in a bubble wrap bag, 2 bottles already opened. Complete con. Don’t waste your money 😡

Appears like a cheap product. Different to advertising and looks like something bought off temu. Arrived in bubble wrap so couldn’t give as a gift as I wanted as advertised in a box why?
However I tried the product after watching the how to video online and my nails do actually look good and have had compliments however I was influenced by the bad reviews on trust pilot. Therefore I have adjusted my review as I am actually happy with the product overall as it appears long lasting. Therefore the only downfall I would give is the solution in the bottles will not last long and do not seem full however it’s not as bad as thought once I tried it

I had a big mess applying this product and had to go to a nail salon to have product taken off. I just received another box and was charged for it. I don't want this product and will have to have my credit card protected from this company.
