I've had a few technical issues with my unit, but the support has been consistently helpful. Dealing with Charles and David was a positive experience; they are friendly and provide practical advice that actually works. It's reassuring to have a support team that stands by the product and follows through until the system is performing as it should

David at Mango Power was very responsive. His support was also very clear - he provided both textual answers and diagrams to help clarify his guidance.

I am NOT tech savvy. And I had some problems getting everything right. David hung with me, answered my questions. Help me get it all together. Now I am recharging my battery with sunshine!

Horrible company. Poor service. Doesn’t stand by their warranty. Was told my inverter replacement was approved and they still haven’t replaced. It’s been over 6 months. Emailed ceo John kuan and he doesn’t even respond anymore. Their products are garbage

Hola . He comprado una bateria respaldo mango power e y junto con el mpanel pro proporcionan unas excelentes prestaciones . Funciona de maravilla en un pais Tropical como Cuba con temperaturas de 36 grados C , Y hasta 20 horas de cortes de energia diarios . Alcanzando para cosinar , sistema de agua luz y tv y neveras , refrigerador y otros electrodomésticos . La carga es super rápida a 30 amperes . Excelentes para las duras condiciones de solo 3 horas con energia electrica al día . Super probado y recomendado para contingencias . Pienso pronto probarlo con otra bateria y paneles y les contaré de mi experiencia y así probar la climatizado de la casa . Saludos desde Manzanillo , Granma, Cuba .

David, the customer service representative, was excellent and super helpful. He walked me through the issues I was experiencing even though it was very unusual and he was there the whole time.

David is very knowledgeable and very quick to respond.

I purchased a Mango Power M, 15Kw battery system back in March '24. It took until August '24 to get an installer here in Wisconsin. After installation, I found that my AC -powered PV (Solar panels) that was already installed years ago did not operate properly with this Power M system. I experienced issues with the software, both the iphone and wifi panel do not treat the PV as Solar but as a generator. All settings for timed charge, discharge using PV do not work. It seems the way Mango treats an AC power PV is NOT the same as a DC powered PV. Mango support (David) only sends me screenshots of the iphone app and after many repeated requests to talk to someone on my findings and issues, i am getting the cold shoulder from Sales (Jennice) and architecture (Christopher). Now I must resort to complaints which I am reluctant to do as I am willing to work with Mango for a resolution but I am the only one at the table.
I do NOT RECOMMEND using the Power M system if you have an AC Powered (micro-inverters) Solar PV System. Tech support cannot help you it seems so you are on your own.

UPDATE 12/29/2024: It took months and a few tries from support to get my Inverter firmware patched, but now it does charge and discharge mostly as expected. As for the AC powered PV, you still only see it as a generator with no real PV data, hopefully this will get fixed in the future. Changing my rating to reflect support given.

I needed a E-link cable for a expansion battery and could not find one myself so I contacted mango power and they hooked me right up with the cable I needed. Thanks mango power.
