I took advantage of a sale from mandala and I bought a lot of pairs of scrubs. I’m am so happy with the quality and fit for the most part! In all honesty there is a new style of scrub top that was too big in my size but it’s because of the style. Honestly I don’t think I’m even going to return it… it’s too cute! Shipping only took 3-4 days to be delivered… win! So happy, thank you Madala!!!❤️

Love the scrubs themselves but horrible returns. Tried to exchange some but they claim they never received them.
Terrible Experience
Terrible experience! Horrendous customer service. They’d be better off not responding at all! They keep apologizing in poor English, but won’t do anything to help you. My address defaulted from 37 E to 37 W , and I contacted them the moment I paid. They said there was absolutely nothing they could do until I received the items. (How do you receive the items if they are going to a wrong address?) They advised me to contact the shipping company. UPS wanted to charge me $7.99 for the delivery address change, but I set up a free UPS account with a correct address, and managed to get the items delivered. It was thanks to UPS, not Mandala Scrubs, though.

I order 2 sets of scrubs the other one is fern which is really good both in medium size the other one is Samoan Sun which is the fabric is so thin thats why you see everything. And Im selling it cuz Im not happy with the 2nd one.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. A shipping address problem caused by my apple pay had a product sent to the wrong address. I contacted CS to fix the issue and they basically said they cant help at all and unless I track the package down myself I was just out of luck and my money. But at least they appreciate my understanding as a consolation. Their "automated shipping system" has taken control away from them on orders. Heaven forbid you make a mistake on anything or else you are just donating money to them as they will not help you AT ALL!

I ordered 2 pair of scrubs during a sale event. The size I ordered didn’t fit and I needed to size up. I started my return through the email that was sent an returned them to ulta “happy return location. As soon as ulta had my items the sent the replacement size. The fabric of these scrubs is similar to other popular 4 way stretch brands. They are much cheaper though. Usually by half as much as other brands. I’d say try them and if they aren’t what you want then you are only out about 50$ for the set. Or even better, buy one of the colors they put on sale, that’s what I did. There is not brand that works for everyone. I personally love the look and feel and have gotten many compliments. Will order more soon.

If there were negative stars to give I would give them that! Mandala is a scam! Customer service is horrible. Do not purchase from this company. I placed an order through apple pay which had an old address in another state. Within 5 minutes of ordering I noticed the mistake and sent them an email. I received a response from them 24 hrs later telling me there was nothing they could do to change the address even though the package had not yet shipped. It went to another state and I have just been given the run around because it was not delivered by UPS but by the post office. At the end of the day if Mandala would have better customer service all this nightmare would have been avoided. Spend your money elsewhere. Mandala does not care about taking care of customers!
Problem with the shipping…and wrong items sent
There was a problem with the shipping address for my order. Customer service took days to respond and by the time the dod the order already shipped to the wrong address. I paid to intercept the package and then found the wrong items were sent in the order. This was my first time trying Mandala scrubs on a friend’s recommendation but I will stick with my old go-to brands on sites like scrubsandbeyond. My experience with Mandala was honestly, inefficient and annoying.
TERRIBLE customer service, useless
I requested they change my address as soon as I ordered. I have never ordered before so I’m not sure how my old address was there since my new address was updated on PayPal. They said once an order is made they can’t cancel it or change it in any way. It wasn’t even processed or shipped yet. TERRIBLE customer service and I’ll never buy from there again.

Not true to size and this has to be the only brand that completely refuses refunds and will only offer exchanges. The quality is not worth it and if they truly believed in their quality they wouldn’t have to hide behind their “no returns” policy. What’s funny is that they boldly advertise “free returns” on their homepage and the no returns policy is somewhere in fine print that you only find out after the fact. Fail.

I order two separate pairs of pants one I was sent wrong size and the other wasn’t the right pants. I returned them and it was a hassle and then my pants were delivered on Jan14 well they say they were i have yet to see them. I have sent numerous emails because mandala scrubs has no customer service number. And all I get is the run around and nothing has happened. So I’m out two pairs of scrub pants for work and around 50 dollars!! Angry to say the least. I have asked for another shipment or a refund so I could order again myself! Always a run around and nothing is ever done!

I ordered 5 pieces from them during a sale. I received two wrong items that I did not order and none of the items I ordered. Reach out to customer service with pictures of the package and the wrong items. Back and forth a few times through emails because they didn’t believe only 2 wrong items were sent out (!??). Finally sent me a return label and wrote my address wrong on the return label. I reached out again to make sure it’s correct so in case anything happens during transportation, at least the items can be returned to the sender (me). They wrote my apt number before my street address and refused to fix it :| Now I’m on my last straw and don’t think I would ever want to buy anything from them again.
Ps: will still send the wrong items back and ask for a refund. If they refuse, I’ll be disputing the payment with my bank.

They don't stand behind their quality, and have fit issues.
I have several pairs of Mandala scrubs, my very first pair recently split at the inner thigh after only four months, and when I asked if they have a quality guarantee I was essentially told 'too bad, we won't help you'. As for fit, they run very small, and sizing is inconsistent between different colours in the same styles. I'd highly suggest spending the extra money and buying Figs instead.

Mandela has the worst reviews, please read the reviews before purchasing items from this company.they are fake/ scam you can’t return anything they rip you off and don’t want to exchange anything of the items. definitely a scam and they need to be reported also sizes don’t run true to size some are too big for a small and some are super small when they’re just a regular small size they look like they are 2X smalls. They are defective sizes so make sure you choose the correct size because the company will not exchange anything for you. they advertise free shipment which they do not Honor if you return something you have to pay your own delivery prices. Not worth it for such a cheap item.
Disappointed
I ordered 12 items from this company. I was very excited to try their uniforms. First shipment after weeks of waiting said it was delivered. I was home that entire day. It was not delivered. After emails back and forth it was determined that it"got lost". Company agreed to reship. Again, excited....That pkg also did not get delivered, but said it was. Company is saying my address is too hard to find... funny since I get deliveries all the time. Very disappointed and I'm still waiting on the refund.

Placed a 2nd order, I did receive the first order which was a trial order. I then ordered a bigger order over $160 this time. Received at first order not moving, then couple of days after Received order was out for delivery, then Received order delivered to a mailbox. Contact customer service Received no reply. I'm unable to receive any information, when I finally found a number, spoke with someone who wanted me to go to play store and download an app to get a number to give to them, I started doing it but became uncomfortable because it was allowing them access to my phone. I ask to speak to a supervisor he told me he was the supv then said are you going to give permission, I said I'm not comfortable because this was too much I have you my order number and you want access to my phone. I didn't go through with it and he said well I can't help you. So basically I'm out my money. I really believe this is a scam they send out 1st order, hoping you'll order a 2nd order and take your money.

When I started out ordering from them a few years ago, I had no shipping issues to Hawaii. These last two orders however, have had huge delays. I inquired and was informed 21 working days to Hawaii. I've never had to wait this long and not sure why it would even take this long when the mail service is pretty much on point. I will mail stuff out and people will get it in 2 days. I do love the quality of their scrubs but not knowing if and when I'll get the order is frustrating.
