Terrible service. They cancelled our scooter rental eight hours before the scheduled delivery, claiming they didn't have enough staff. We had paid over a month in advance, yet instead of offering solutions, they simply cancelled the booking; we ended up spending more than planned on a replacement, and they take a long time to respond. I do not recommend them.

Outstanding customer service will use again best in the business

I picked this company as it appeared to be a family business. I was not disappointed. David personalized my mobility scooter rental and catered to my needs. Responsive to phone calls. Equipment was charged, clean, and in perfect working condition. Price was very fair. Advantage over renting from Disney is the ability to take off site. I could ride to hotel, Downtown Disney, the parks, and local restaurants. I would definitely recommend doing business with Malisa Mobility. I have saved their contact info and would steer friends and family there if they were in need of their services!
Did I mention scooters are fast and very maneuverable!

I was in crisis when I reached out to Malisa in Irvine a couple of years ago to find an electric wheelchair with the features I needed at a price I could manage at the time. The salesperson spent time with me to make sure i was getting exactly what I needed and that I understood the pros and cons. Quick shipping, arrived in good condition, and zero issues with the chair since then until just recently a minor problem with the joystick charger and I had to replace one of the inner tubes in the back tire. I called to ask about the joystick charger and they ere very responsive, got my information and got back to me within 24 hours with a recommendation on how to proceed. I have recommended this company and will continue to.

I purchased a mobility lift from Malisa. It worked perfectly for less than a year. While I was on a trip the lift refused to go up. Only the remote down button worked.
Contacted Malisa, which advertises 24/7 service. After three days, I finally reached someone named David, who stated that he was going to mail me a new remote and that instructions can be found on youtube.

I found the instructions, prepared my lift ,awaiting the new part. I am now waiting over one week, have left numerous telephone messages, text message and emails - with no responses.

Do not know what to do know!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They ripoff little old ladies. That's their mo. This guy is a real scumbag.

I bought an electric wheel chair, great price and it is a really good sturdy product. The service was fantastic. I received the chair in Canada in 2 days. Free shipping.

I was sent a defective unit and then sent a second defective unit and then sent a used controller to try to fix the secind defective unit. Their 24/7 support didn't answer for four days. They didn't know what the error codes of their product meant. Plus, saw that they had cut and pasted reviews on tgeir website under different names - so obviously fake.

We had a trip planned to Disneyland and needed a good wheelchair for our daughter. I contacted the owner to see if they were open on the weekend and he made a special arrangement for us to come in and test out the different chairs. This was honestly the best customer service along with an amazing chair. We spent 3 days in Disney and my daughter was able to enjoy everything with a new comfy chair that also reclines and has a headrest. I highly recommend this company and appreciate all the special arrangements so she could have a truly magical day. Thank you!!
