Our experience involving MOR Holidays / Maldives Online Reservations and “PT. Sakura Bloom Investments” has been extremely concerning.
After our Maldives holiday was cancelled and our funds were withheld for months, we eventually received a partial payment through “PT. Sakura Bloom Investments” in Indonesia — a company with which we had absolutely no booking or contractual relationship.
MOR Holidays later admitted in writing that they are unable to send payments from their own company accounts and are instead using unrelated third-party accounts to transfer customer refunds.
Since then, we have experienced endless delays, constantly changing timelines, repeated excuses, and multiple claims that payments had already been “processed”, while no verifiable SWIFT / MT103 confirmations were ever provided.
At the time of writing, the majority of our funds still remain unpaid.
We strongly advise anyone dealing with companies connected to this payment structure to exercise extreme caution, verify everything independently, and document every single communication and transaction carefully
