My puzzle was beautiful! Clear and nice. I had some trouble negoating thru the process to order and order the box . So I actually ended up with 2 of the same puzzle. But glad I goofed cause I'm happy to get two, one for a gift and one for me!

The puzzles I ordered look terrific and are great quality too!

Easy process to order a custom puzzle. Quick production and delivered on time ... as promised. This is the second custom puzzle I have ordered and will order more in the future. I highly recommend their services.

Puzzle arrived late but came in today. It is very nice.

Colors were vibrant. Prompt delivery

I have not seen the finished puzzle as it was a gift. The image on the box seemed about 15% darker than the original I sent in but the recipient thought the pieces were well cut and the colors bright. The only real downside I encountered is that a 35mm full frame cropping is not available. Even if this meant a white border were present it would be preferable to me to not have to crop my original image.

My puzzle order was shipped out within 24 hours, arrived quickly, and was beautiful. Highly recommend!

Speed of order and delivery

We chose a high resolution photo (that we had added words to, to make the 500 piece puzzle easier and now wish we had gone big with 1000 pieces instead) and we’re really impressed with the high resolution result. It came faster than promised, and really wowed the happy gift recipient. Will likely be making more puzzles for future gifts!

I’m very disappointed in how long this is taking. According to the estimated delivery, it will have been 12 days in total since my order. Other than that, I have no idea how this puzzle will turn out until I receive it.

The service was prompt 5 star I bought these as gifts for two grandmothers keen on puzzles as Christmas gifts after reading on Reddit that these puzzles were well made. I won't know that until they are opened on Christmas day. However, the pictures on the lid of each puzzle are very dark compared to how the photos I used looked on my computer so I'm disappointed. If the puzzles turn out like the boxes I will buy from elsewhere next time in the hope of a better result.

Picture came out great. Very good quality. I love that the shapes of the pieces are not all the same. Fast shipping. Will definitely order from them again.

quick response

Excellent puzzle quality and print. Fast delivery. Will buy again

Absolutely loved my custom puzzle! It was affordable, shipping was free, and delivery was as stated. Will be ordering more puzzles in the future.

I was really pleased with the easy format for choosing photo layouts. Uploading pictures was super easy. The puzzle is a gift, so I did not open the box. I can’t comment on the quality of the 500 pieces. The puzzle arrived very quickly.

Fast delivery and great puzzle with super cool box packaging

Got 2 of these for our annual fundraising event— they’re a huge hit! Arrived as promised in perfect condition. Picture quality is top-notchZ HIGHLY recommend!

Awesome puzzle, will definitely buy there again!
