I did a lot of research of the different custom-puzzle companies. MYP had the largest overall size of a 500-piece puzzle. I chose it because I would be bringing the puzzle to a 6-hour open house/adult birthday where many people would not know each other. I didn't think people would want to hover over a smaller puzzle with strangers, and I wanted the individual pieces to be large enough that they were easy to handle.

The photo I submitted was a candid of the person, taken with a smartphone: 4.4 MB, 4200x5700, 72 DPI, and I was concerned I was pushing my luck choosing such a large puzzle, but it worked out. Several people, even those who didn't work on the puzzle, took photos of the completed puzzle with the man of the hour, and several asked for the name of the company. (We had done it as a mystery puzzle without the lid displayed. Once I brought that out, people could take photos of the brand name.)

Very easy to use website for custom puzzles and a quality product. Would highly recommend A+++

Collage puzzles are my FAVS for family events! I love your site because you make it easy for me to make a 1000 piece collage puzzle.

Great. Lost a star for making me type at least 10 characters

I am very disappointed with my puzzle. When I first started ordering puzzles from makeyourpuzzles.com they provided random cut puzzles. These were a lot of fun for me and my wife. The last few have been ribbon cut, even though I was told via email that the firm was returning to the random cut puzzles after their new blade came in. Thos was months ago. When I look on the website to make my order, the template has a random cut background, yet my new puzzle is still ribbon cut. After several attempts to get a challenging and enjoyable random cut puzzle, I am disappointed in the company and will not be returning for another purchase.

Was amazing quality, probably the best looking and feeling puzzle currently on my collection, would buy again and would recommend to anyone looking to have one made.

I know the person I’m gonna give it to is going to be very thankful for it and is going to bring back a lot of memories

The puzzle that I ordered was mailed out in a timely fashion and is just a perfect find! Thank you so much!

Easy-to-use website, fast shipping, and high quality product. My girlfriend loved it!

Quality material and fast delivery. Everyone loved it.

High-quality puzzle. The puzzles’s picture resolution from the photo we submitted was excellent. The cutting of the individual pieces was also excellent, the thickness and quality were superb. We couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend MakeYourPuzzles.com.

1. The puzzle pieces are standard shape pieces. I used this company because the previous puzzle we bought has interesting shaped pieces.
2. I was notified that the picture clarity was substandard but it is worse than I expected.

Quality of product is top notch. Turn around time is ridiculously good. Love it.

Ensured my order would be processed and arrived to me within specific timeframe. However -1 star for miscommunication and not answering my questions in follow up emails. Due to this, it had given me anxiety and uncertainty regarding my order for about 5 days.

Fast, easy and super cute! Bought for a wedding shower. Guests will write on the back of the pieces! Love it!😍 woudl purchase again.

My custom puzzle turned out great. Perfect size (500 pieces) and the pieces came in a good variety of shapes, not just one or two types of shapes. Colors look great on the thick "paper/cardboard" pieces and a very sturdy puzzle. Will glue it and frame it next.

Speedy delivery and great quality. We really enjoyed the puzzle. The fact that it was eco‑friendly, made in the U.S., and from a family‑owned business was a real feather in the cap!

Quality puzzles, ships quickly. I’ve ordered three and made this one of my “go tos”when looking for a unique gift for someone.

I needed a custom puzzle done in a very short timeframe before the recipient leaves for 8 months, and MakeYourPuzzle was the only company that could make and deliver a custom puzzle within a week. It was also the cheapest option I found, even with the fast turnover. The puzzle ended up arriving two days earlier than planned, which was incredible. I honestly expected a lot lower quality for the price and speed, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality overall. The box was very nice and professional. The recipient didn't even know it was a custom puzzle, it was so fancy. A lot of times with puzzles, you get some pretty jagged edges. The pieces on this puzzle were immaculate. I am EXTREMELY pleased with my purchase and will 100% be using MakeYourPuzzles for my custom puzzle needs in the future.
