I have been with makers host for more than 2 years. I was so far satisfied but slow response times made me reconsider.

I had filed a ticket as I tried to register two domains. I paid for them, but they didn't show up in my domain list.

The response time was 17 hours and the client support agent registered one of my domains, saying that they will fix the problem for the second domain as well and let me know when its done.

I assumed it would be done shortly after but after multiple follow ups with no response I called it a lost cause approx. 48 hours later.

It's a smaller webhost but with all the features I could ask for. Seriously, who throws in CDN and daily virus scans for such low prices? And email accounts. It's great. I've been with them for 3.5 years so far.

These guys have one of the most complex platforms and even worst supporting documentation in sight.

Every piece of make shift docs they have is from me complaining nonstop about nothing being there and even then there all lacking information.

They have a terrible customer support system that takes forever to get back to you as in days and when they do answer it's another run around answer as if there one rep doesn't know what you're talking about. Such as hey your DNS settings doesn't work here's a screenshot a video recording of everything entered correctly and oh yeah it's been a week so you could stop saying it takes 24-48 hours. Guess what people it's been months! And these guys refuse to get on a call or do anything but say it looks like everything is okay and ghosts you for a couple more weeks. Or what about simple things like an SSL or anything for that matter because I can't get anything to work for two years and can't get my money back.

Bad support it says 24/7 but you need to wait for days to received a reply.

If you are using an Agency account, you are doomed because when you create a web hosting account for your client you need to request from them to create a separate login for clients access.
Regarding email creation, you cannot use custom domain for your clients for them to access the email. In order to login on email, you have to use makershost domain. Imagine this as a Agency.

I found out that this is not only the company name they are using, they have diiferent company names with the same offers so beware.

I have been with MakersHost since December 2021. It's great value for money!

My personal blogs, and also client's websites, are running fast. I have zero complaints.

Support might be a little bit slower sometimes as it's ticket based.

It's ideal hosting for WordPress blogs and websites with built-in CDN and performance settings.

I can definitely recommend them for your projects.

Hands down has turned out to be the worst buy. They claim to have servers in the united states but upon doing tracert on the ip address given it pointed back to London. Which doesn't work for me. I have client that block outside connections to other countries. Because of this I can not use the service.

So I requested a refund if they couldn't find a way to give me a US IP as they stated in their marketing material. Now I have been waiting almost two or three weeks for a refund. They just keep saying I hope the founder will do it.

Well I filed a Paypal dispute with them. Beware of this company. It's shady.

Very affordable, surprisingly reliable and the customer support is very helpful.
Hope they keep up the great work.

The interface took a bit of time to get used to, but I really like it now. It's simple and easy to use. The hosting speed is blazing fast, and report tickets are answered within 24 hours. 5 stars for sure.

Regret buying the lifetime deal on AppSumo, must be one of the worst deals I bought. I have been trying for a whole week to get a certain site transferred to a different 20i account (They are basically resellers of 20i). I now had to ask 20i to assist me as they don't seem to be cooperative. If I still could ask for a refund on AppSumo I would, unfortunately I am to late for this.

I am a small business owner who is looking for ways to save money yet not skimp on service and quality. Makershost has met my needs. It is not the most intuitive for a non-techy person but my website builder has found it fairly easy to use. When he had questions, the tutorials/guides were very helpful. I'm looking forward to the growth potential I see in the product.

Honestly, this is a great deal. fast, supported and simple to use. I recommend it. The customer service is near-instant. Cpanel alternative is very very easy to use for any newbie also.

I’ve tested Markershost, ensuring that the performance, speed and functionality of the platform are sufficient, and I was very surprised and happy with the outcome.

The UI of the portal is clean and easy to use/navigate.
All the basic features to manage my websites and/or emails are available and easy to set up and manage.

It is great to see that a CDN solution is included, enabling me to use the CDN on my websites, saving additional costs and integrations.

The usage of securing the platform is great, having the option to active/deactivate my FTP with a single click or even setting a timer is great and even the distribution of database servers from web servers is good to see. My server platform is in the UK region, which is also a good benefit with performance.

Support is great. I raised a few support tickets, and the assistance was amazing, very professional and helpful in resolving my questions.

The process has been a learning curve. However, Valentin has helped me make the transition easier and always has time for my questions.

I have been looking for a product like MakersHost for a long time and finally found it. This is amazing. At first, I wanted to check if it was possible and if it worked. All the tests turned out very well. I had some problems at the beginning, but the technical support is very useful and effective.
MakersHost will stay with you for a long time.

I tested Markershost, I was a little skeptical given that the offer is very interesting.

The administrative part is very well thought out. It's not CPanel but I find it almost better.
It is pleasant modern and very complete.
It has all the basic features and a little more.
In addition we can find the activation of a CDN, optimization options (reduce spaces..)...

We also see that everything is well secured.
Each database is on a different server. The FTP is deactivated and can be activated for an hour, a day or more... (I don't know if it can be activated permanently).
There is an option to set the headers X-DNS-Prefetch-Control, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy ... You can also have PHP up to 8.1 (it's rare).

Personally, I therefore switched all my hosting to makerhost.
It was very simple despite the fact that I have very complex configurations. And everything worked perfectly.

The servers are in the UK (I believe it is possible to have them in the US).
I did some tests, from France, I'm a little slower than my old host (the best host in France). But it looks very correct. On all other gtmetric type performance tests based in Canada) they are identical.
I therefore think that the performance of makershosts is better than some hosts, and a little less than the best in France, which is normal. The quality to price ratio is excellent.
So I permanently terminated my old host.

I therefore give 5 stars.
On the downsides, each comic is limited to 1 GB (I have one coupon).
And I'm afraid it's that the accommodation deteriorates over time.
We do not know at all the characteristics of the servers or the number of threads, nor the available CPU load (visible on CPanel). This morning the performance has deteriorated significantly. I will not take it into account for my opinion but it is to be watched (GTmetrix from B I went to C).
