So happy with Beeline! The whole process was positive, easy and efficient. Everyone from us to our realtor to our title representative were very impressed with Beeline. We got a great rate and closed on time even when it didn’t seem possible due to a delay in the appraisal. Will be recommending to any home buying friends!

Rebecca Mangopoulos was absolutely fantastic to work with! I have never worked with such an upbeat company. She was amazing. I have a horrible internet connection and mostly had to use the local library. For small documents she was able to use a work-around and keep me from an extra trip.
They gave me an estimated close date early on and were within 1 day!
We were able to close in our home.

I contacted them via chat to get a price quote since their online tool couldn't give a price. I also had an LE from that day I wanted to get them to match or beat. I was told I couldn't even get a quote without submitting a full application, let alone an answer if they could beat it. I obliged since I had just run credit for the bank I have moved forward with. I contacted them every day about what the best rate they could do and if they could beat my LE. I sent the LE to them 3 different times, each time with even better pricing as prices had kept improving. Every time I was told they still couldnt give me a quote as my application was in process. Finally a week later I got an email saying my application was approved and a quote. I immediately contacted them and asked about matching, I was again told no pricing was available even though I had just gotten an email saying it was. Another week of this same thing until finally I was contacted with pricing. I again told them about my current lock, which they had a copy of but was 3 days old at the point they contacted me. I sent this to them again, 3 LE's at this point I sent to them without any response on if they could price match. Finally 3 more days pass and I was told they couldnt price match because the LE was 3 days older than when I got the original email. Completely ignoring the ones I sent on the Day of the email, or even further before that etc... They had a copy of the competitor LE on the day of the application, the day of the initial email, and the day they called me. They stalled each time until the dates no longer met the price pact requirement. Their Price Pact is nothing but a scam because they will stop responding until it is outside of their guidelines. Don't waste your time on them, not worth the effort, should have known better than to waste my time and see if they could do better or expect them to follow through on their own words!

I just closed my re-fi with cash out. I am a retired realtor and I worked for a loan company years ago. I had experience is what I am saying. Let me tell you something. I worked with TJ and Abby for my loan. They are in RI and I am in the backwoods of Texas and I could not be any happier with any transaction I have ever done. This loan went smooth. Everything was timely. the communication is the best! Not only emails, but personal calls. I had agreed on a rate, but after my appraisal came back, which was more than I told them it should be ( I did that on purpose) I had a reduction in rate. Of course that meant lower payments which I was very happy about. This process is easy. Without all the bull with a bunch of costs because those people are not involved anymore in a Beeline loan. Closing costs are much lower this way. In fact, for me, the costs were almost twice less than the other lenders I talked with. This process is friendly and easy for anyone to do. it is mostly online with their fun program where you have control on everything you do and see. they answer emails, texts and calls promptly. They are fun, friendly and professional. I got a day of the close and funding call from TJ. We chatted and I told him how great he and his company were, my point being he took the extra step to make me feel like he cares. The thing of it is, he does care. His assistant Abby the exact same way! I could write all day about Beeline, TJ and Abby because being in this business in the past and being an older gal, this process was easy even for me, it was actually fun. thanks TJ, thanks Abby! you are the best.

Just refinanced thru Beeline and could not have been happier with the service, particularly Amelia, the speed of the process, and convenience of the online process. Easy to upload docs and follow the process. I would certainly recommend Beeline to others.

Even though I could not answer my phone many times, it is great that they communicated every detail thru email, and answered, or responded back to very quickly.

The process was smooth and stresless, in spite of that I have some special circumstances, but with the team’s kind help we could overcome all the difficulties and our outlier situations.

I was a little apprehensive about this online loan service, but it worked out great for us. The rate was very good, and the application process was very convenient -- for better or worse, almost all our personal info is now in the cloud. Beeline were able to extract it easily, moreso than other vendors I've dealt with which saved a lot of time. The customer service was great. Special recommendation to Chamira who was wonderful all around and provided extra assistance when we didn't have access to a printer, when we adjusted the terms of the loan and with an unexpected late change from our mortgage company. I don't think Chamira and Beeline could have done any more.

I found some good and bad reviews for Beeline. So, I proceeded with caution. I filled out the initial information and was contacted by a rep by email. They offered a couple of options that looked promising. I responded by asking for some buydown options that was met with quick response and some even better options. Everything was "looking" great. I liked what I saw so I filled out the application and provided all of the personal information that was being asked for. I received an email asking me to log in and see what my loan options were. Not great! And, not what was offered in the previous emails. As I looked through their rates and loan options, I chose an option that did not have any buydown on the rate. I wanted to see the bare truth of their refinance. The monthly payments were significantly higher than previously suggested and higher than any other lender I had communications with. Like $300 higher. Beeline's offers had the option to look at a breakdown of their fees and costs. WOW! There were fees after fees after fees. No wonder the monthly payment was so high. The closing costs on a rate with NO buydown were almost $5000. CLICK! I'm out... I went with another lender that I was comparing apples with. Got a great rate, paying less than $2000 in closing costs and closing in 30 days. Please proceed with caution and read EVERYHING!!

After their reply… Obviously they didnt read my review. Their initial email offer was a bait. Once i gave all the personal information, then came the switch. There wasnt a single offer that matched the email offer. Term and rate. Then they claim to have the lowest closing costs even after i stated a savings of almost $3000 in closing costs. Too bad I cant post pictures. That would be deafening.

TLDR; both my bank and Rocket did a much better job on refi.

Makeabeeline promised a quick and easy refi process. Instead, I encountered numerous delays and mistakes. For example, I never got a copy of the appraisal on my property. The closing was delayed 4 times, finishing over a month late, in spite of me uploading all documents within a day of their request. They said the appraisal hadn't happened, when I had already met the appraiser at the property! Beeline called one day before scheduled closing to verify my old employment, because they couldn't figure out how to call the company. I Googled the company, then called their public line and got the info. Why couldn't beeline do that?

Beeline was a super easy and interactive system. Although we had some technical difficulties along the way the care, service, and expertise provided by Rosabelle made it all go smoothly. Definitely recommend at least completing their application if you are considering refinance. Their application was quick, easy and produced an accurate estimate.

TJ and Abby provide stellar customer service! We had a complicated situation and they were both not only available, but reached out to me on their own initiative many times to explain current and prospective activities. I wish more companies had a TJ and an Abby! When you contract with any company your experience is with the staff- and my experience was great!

Beeline was able to meet my needs for a faster close time and really helped me with making this happen. This included following up with me on multiple occasions to make sure that I was getting the documentation that they needed to make my timeline happen.

It was a painless process and Rosabelle was there all the way through. She was greater than great. As always, there are unforeseen obstacles in the process, but these got worked out efficiently. Others are trying, BEELINE is doing it. Way to go. I have already recommended BEELINE to a colleague and I am told the experience is also great.

I just refinanced my 4 unit property and Beeline was by far the easiest lender I have done this with. Normally, it takes forever. Abby was super helpful and diligent about getting me to the next step. I appreciate the great rate and the low cost involved. Thank you again. -Bob G.
