I would give zero stars if that were possible. The Patchwork Long-Sleeve Shirt I ordered was the worst example of shoddy workmanship. Contrary to the photo on the company’s website, the lines where the patch designs adjoined were not clear and defined, but blurry. Rather than being clear and sharp, the patch designs were blurry as though they had been painted on the fabric rather than sewn. Rather than being in a single line, stitching wove back and forth. Buttonholes were poorly constructed. I emailed to begin the process of return and refund. I was told that the company could not cover the cost of free returns because the warehouse was in China. I was offered a 30% refund. I successfully argued for a full refund only to learn I was also charged $29.99 for a “VIP Membership” which, apparently, entitled me to the reduced price I originally paid. I successfully argued there was no notification of the VIP Membership fee on the product page or the check-out process. I learned my lesson. You should learn it before you have to go through what I did.
