Bad communication

I have had a shirt delivered to me. I have asked for a refund and a guy named Adam asked me to pick something else. I haven't seen anything and now he is not responding to my emails. I bought on credit card so I will have to do a charge back. Very poor customer service. Avoid

Unimpressed by this company!

Unimpressed by this company!! Purchased a t shirt over 3 weeks ago posted with incorrect address details sent a email they replied stating they would repost to my address this was 2 weeks ago emailed them twice I have had replies saying they would look into this but still no t shirt poor after sales not difficult to keep customers up to date on the status of there order

37 days to receive a refund

Ordered two shirts ! Sent one back on recorded delivery, item was signed for two days later two weeks later still hadn't received a refund, contacted maison threads they told me that they had processed the return this was the 23rd of December, waited 10 days then contacted them again , did finally get the refund but it took numerous emails and 37 days , think if I didn't pressure them they wouldn't have bothered giving me my money back at all, won't be using them again terrible service

Reality of the owner of this company/owner (Shahid) and employees Part 2

Hi guys, so in my previous review I mentioned I was looking for a part time job in October and got called for a free trail and they didn’t get back to me etc , I am still waiting for a thankyou phone call which I haven’t got yet.

The working conditions are poor , clothes scattered around the building , one prime example : there was a girls dress hung up on a heater ( Not professional) the entrance door is locked for some reason and they are selective in who they let in , very rude and discriminating to people.

One incident which occurred was the owner (Shahid) I made an error doing the sale , he pinned me to the wall and farted on my face and laughed about it , he is very unprofessional and was on his phone giggling away and socialising with his friends and told them what he did and they were laughing and his employees. Another incident which occurred was I asked him (Shahid) a question because I was unsure about something , (Shahid) he looked at me , scoffed and said ‘My socks cost more than your outfit’ and told me to get on with my task, No one has ever made me feel so low before in my entire life.

I was working with his employee and he was asking me personal questions such as my body count and everytime a girl would walk past he would get her attention and point at me . His other employee who has glasses on (Shahids) right hand man was bossing me around , looking at me with a grin and being sarcastic with me , lastly his other employee who was a young girl laughed at me and kept whispering stuff to the employee I was working alongside with and they were both giggling .

I wouldn’t recommend working in this store , there is a lack of punctuality , poor quality of work , it’s just clear that he just wanted to use me to hang up his sale tickets on items to save him and his employees some time.

It all adds up to the reality behind the owner of this company (Shahid) and his employees their mannerisms in dealing with people is very poor and they clearly doesn’t give crap. May Allah deal with these people in the way they should be dealt with!

Do NOT shop here!

Purchased a pair of trainers on 21 st Dec that have never arrived and there has been no reply to countless emails requesting clarification since. No contact telephone number. Non existent customer service. Avoid.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. I ordered a pair of shoes--they didn't fit so I returned them. It took four months and many e-mails for them to refund the order. It was only when I threatened legal action that they actually gave me my money back. AVOID.

AVOID! No refund!

AVOID!! Sent my return via tracked Royal Mail. They received it on 1st Dec. No refund yet!! Emailed them 3 times, contacted via the form on their website, but no reply!! THIEVES!!

Excellent customer service and…

Excellent customer service and brilliant choice of designer wear at great prices.
The staff are always welcoming and friendly when u go to the store .. would definitely recommend 👌

I wouldn’t recommend this company

I wouldn’t recommend this company. I emailed to cancel an order that was placed over a weekend, they completely ignored the email and shipped the order. Also had a message saying they were shipped on next day delivery which they weren’t and now I will need to wait until the order arrives and arrange a return (no doubt at my cost) before I can get a refund. There are no telephone numbers on the website to contact this company so I don’t know how to resolve this issue.

Reality of the owner of this company (Shahid)

Hi guys, so I was looking for a part time job in October as I’m currently in uni, i applied all over Bradford and a few companies got back to me. Maison Threads being one of them, they messaged me and said they were interested and asked me to come in for a free trial before they make a decision on hiring me or not. The boss (Shahid) wanted me to come in for two days, a Thursday and a Saturday and do a 7 hour shift on both days to see if I’m suitable for a job, this was a total of 14 hours. The reason why he said he wanted me to do a trial and not give me a normal interview like every other company does anyway is because he said he gets a lot of “mess abouts”, at the time it didn’t sit right with me working 14 hours for free just as a trial but I did it anyway.

I did the hours and tried my best, the work mostly consisted of me just hanging up sale tickets on items. At the end of the second shift after completing 14 hours, Shahid said he would get back to me with an update and let me know if I got the job or not. He never did, I called up two weeks later and one of his employees picked up and he said Shahid will get back to me, still to this day never got a phone call or anything. I understand companies don’t get back to you sometimes after going for interviews, but I worked 14 hours for this man for free, the least I could have gotten was a thank you for your time phone call. After this, It was clear that he just wanted to use me to hang up his sale tickets on items to save him and his employees some time. But anyway no worries as I got a job elsewhere at a more professional company a few weeks later.

After reading the reviews, it all adds up to the reality behind the owner of this company (Shahid), his mannerisms in dealing with people is very poor and he clearly doesn’t give crap. May Allah deal with this man in the way he should be dealt with!

Took weeks to post the item

Took weeks to post the item. Then sent the wrong size, tried contacting on 3 separate occasions and completely ignored now I need to pay to send back and hopefully get a refund. Basically ended up costing me £6 and a headache.
