After emailing and emailing I received my order late with a missing item that I’m still waiting on 6 weeks ago and can’t get any answers to what is happening or a refund I would never order from these again

Placed an order, few weeks later, I chase it up as it passes their initial promised time of delivery, send several emails with no response, phone several numbers which are no longer in use, and eventually have to go through my bank to get my money back. My order never ever turned up.

Have not received my items over a month from when you said they’d arrive

Failed to deliver my item but took my money and claimed to have fulfilled my order. I’m not the only customer to have experienced this with the retailer. Please read reviews and do not order from them save your hard earned money.

Very good service

Ordered over 2 weeks ago. No delivery even though it says 2-5 days and no response from customer service email. Terrible company stay away. Their phone number is a dead line.

Update 18th July 2024 - still no correspondence but I just received an email from Royal Mail saying they have the package and will deliver soon so that’s a good sign and I’ve changed my rating from red to orange now. I’ll change to yellow once I get my order.

Update 20th July 2024 - My package actually arrived. I’ll give one more star but I won’t be using this company again.

Avoid this company, item already 2 weeks late and no update on when it will be dispatched. Really poor communication from customer service and now have stopped responding

These guys have a top range of clothing, were very helpful and accommodating; even giving me a discount. Will defo be using again.

Item never sent. Emailed multiple times with no response and number does not connect

Excellent service will be back for more items in the near future. Was delivered in 5 days with no qualms atall.

I wish I read the reviews before i ordered from this company. Ordered on the 15th june and didn't hear nothing for nearly 2 weeks. I sent numerous emails which were obviously just ignored. I then decided to do a charge back through my bank and surprise surprise the goods were sent out. One of the items were wrong size as I ordered kids age 6 hoody but recieved age 8, didn't bother contacting them as I had learnt my lesson.

Not sure how these guys operate as a business as everything has been shocking from start to finish. Diabolical

Almost two weeks to get delivered but great price

I would rate them lower if I could! This company is a scam. I ordered a present for my son’s birthday from this website and it never got sent out. I emailed them twice about my order and never got a response. In the end I had to go through my bank to get my money back. They then had the cheek to send me an email asking me to rate my recent purchase! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY

Very disappointing delivery never arrived and when requested for my refund it took couple of weeks to get it back!!

Good price, quick and effective

Do not buy from this company, no sign of my item. no response to emails to customer services nor a working phone line. Had to contact the bank to get a refund after proving item wasnt ever sent.

I ordered nearly three weeks ago . No delivery . Phone numbers are defunct . Eventually one reply a week ago saying they would look into it . Since then nothing . Have asked for refund , nothing . My advice is do not buy from them .
