Yep! Can confirm everyone else's experience. I got the same multiple offers for anything but a full refund, I took screenshots of their site, and they completely sidestepped the claim when I asked them to prove where it said international shipping. Nothing on the site indicates China/Asia at all. Had I known that I never would've purchased, knowing that international shipping is quite expensive right now. Will be reporting to my credit card company to dispute the charge. There is no other way. I've learned my lesson! Oh yeah, and the dress was also comically large, even though I followed their sizing instructions. Scaaaammmmmm!!!!!

Really low quality product, they make it essentially impossible to return, and you can't leave a review (so I think all the reviews on their site are fake)

This business sells cheaply made products and makes it nearly impossible to return for a full refund. They do not have an operating phone number and you can only communicate through email.
Lesson learned. It cost me some money but I was glad to be done with them. I doubt very much that they have any repeat customers.

Omg this is a scam!!!! I bought a puffer jacket. I got disappointed when i received it. It looks disgusting, super dusty and has very poor quality. It actually looks like a car seat cover. I emailed support, asking for a refund but they want to replace the item. I said i want a full refund.

Absolutely terrible, scammy company. I ordered a dress from them and the dress that showed up looked nothing like the pictures online. When I contacted their customer support, they asked for pictures and told me that based on the pictures, it is the correct dress. They wouldn’t listen when I told them that this dress is nothing like the dress online so it can’t possibly be the same. They kept telling me I’d have to return it and pay international shipping fees to do so. I was not about to pay more money for a scam of a dress. The largest refund that they would offer without me returning the dress was 30%. I had to take it because after 10 emails back and forth, it was clear they weren’t going to help me in any real way. Total scam. Do not purchase anything from them. Wish I read reviews before I ordered.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Do NOT buy from this company. They are based in China although they have a US address listed. The product is cheaply made and materials do not match the description. The dress I ordered was also much smaller than the size that I ordered and expected.

The website claims to have FREE US shipping and 30 days returns, but when you try to return their cheap quality clothing, they will give you all kind of excuses not to provide their Chinese warehouse address saying you will be responsible for International expensive and time-consuming shipping. First, they will offer 15% refund, secondly 30% refund, third 60% store credit. This company is not in San Francisco, California as stated in their website, that's just a PO BOX. Everything is made and shipped from China and the quality is absolutely horrible. Do not order anything from them.

Material is garbage. I received two sport coats that were so cheaply made- essentially so thin they were transparent. Then they wanted me to pay $50 to return those garbage items. Do not buy from them.

Do not order from this company. Items are not as they are described/pictured and returns are impossible practically speaking. The company is actually in china no San Francisco as shown on the website

They are a fraudulent company selling cheep Chinese knockoffs and pretending to be a US based company. Their address as fake as their phone number. Do not share your credit card info with these fraudsters....
If you have been so unlucky have been defrauded by them contact squarespace and shopify and ask them to remove their site that is filled with fake information.

This company falsely advertises what their clothing looks like. I bought two dresses and they did not look like the same fabric at all. Part of why I chose them was because of their return policy. They haggle you and make you go back & forth between multiple emails till they finally send you the return form and then make YOU pay to ship it back to China. Total scam and false advertising. Also takes forever to ship. After purchasing, there was no estimated arrival date. Their tracking site sucks. It arrived too late for the event I bought it for.

Returns from the USA not practical. The web site leads one to believe they are a US based company, however the product I ordered appeared to have been drop shipped from China. I was told I would need to pay international shipping fees to return, which would have been more than I paid for the item. Customer service did respond by email in a timely manner, however was only able to offer a partial refund despite my claim of deceptive practices. The item itself was of tolerable quality, btw, but too thin fabric for my liking. Was comfortable at least with a fit as advertised.

If I could leave a negative review I would. They false advertise - DO NOT BUY HERE - aweful quality products the images are fraud - they advertise refundable purchases but then they WILL NOT refund your money of you want a return. This is FRAUD! Do not fall for this company

Ordered a two piece dress, description was Embroidered maxi chiffon dress. What I received was a heavy weight polyester. Absolutely not one piece of chiffon, and no embroidery. The picture was beautiful online, the product was hideous. Like others they often 15 to 30% refund or 60% gift card to buy more of their crap. One star is too much for this company.

Ordered an $89 suit from them, the website says they’re based in San Francisco but the suit was shipped from China. Got it and it’s nothing like the picture, extremely cheap material. Now I’m in a battle with them trying to return the suit and I keep getting emails back trying to haggle with me (keep the suit and get 15% back, get a gift card worth 60% of the purchase price.) I’ve sent 4 emails now asking to please just send me the return label and still haven’t been sent one. I’m going to file a dispute with my credit card company bc this whole
process is ridiculous. By the time they actually send me a return label, the 30 day refund window will be long gone. Don’t buy from here! Another bait and switch, drop shipping company out of China.
