Very professional, polite and thorough. Will be using the re-inspection service.

Service was outstanding and extremely informative and through. Mark picked up issues we’d never even thought about.
Thank you would definitely recommend.

Very responsive—got back to me quickly. The snagging inspection report was delivered the same day. Highly recommended!

Very professional, with regular updates before the inspection date. Mark was great, a real expert in his field. Very thorough with fantastic attention to detail. I would highly recommend the company. The full 20 page report was sent to me on the day of the inspection, we were amazed at the depth of detail covered. gave great peace of mind. The report has been invaluable for us to address any issues with the developer before the 2 year anniversary of us moving in.

Mark did a great job. He did not rush the inspection at all. He is a true professional at his job. Highly recommended.

Mark at MAH was prompt, highly professional, exceptionally thorough, abd yet capable of explaining things in simple terms. I couldn’t have been happier, just what I needed!

Couldn't be happier with Mark and Cheryl's work on our snagging inspection on a new build property. Mark was very thorough and found issues we wouldn't have even thought to look for, which we could immediately inform our developer about. The report provided was detailed and had photos for every issue raised (139 in total).

Mark arrived exactly when he said he would and was very friendly throughout; he treated my entire family with respect and kindness and even put up with some development work happening on the driveway. He worked around a rather chaotic scene inside the house with boxes yet to be unpacked but remained professional and good natured.

Cheryl was friendly and responsive on the admin side of things, responding quickly to emails and questions - even over weekends - and the report was provided swiftly on payment.

I couldn't reccomend MAH highly enough and would stress how much of a relief it is to have found the snagging issues so early into our new home's life.

I recently hired MAH Inspections Ltd to carry out a snagging inspection for my home, and I’m really pleased with the service. The surveyor was punctual, professional, and very thorough — he spotted a number of issues I would have easily missed. The report was detailed, clearly explained, and delivered promptly.

He also took time to walk me through the findings and gave practical advice on how to follow up with the builder. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable snagging surveyor.

We had a great experience with MAH inspections.
Mark was excellent and thoroughly checked every single detail in our house. It was definitely worth it, as he found a leaking under the bath that hadn’t been identified by the builders, as well as an issue with air in the radiators. We wouldn’t have known about these otherwise. He also pointed out other important issues that had to be fixed, as well as all the aesthetic aspects to be improved. Everything was detailed in a report and sent to us promptly.
We definitely recommend MAH for snagging inspections.

Good explanation of what will take place very thorough checks and pleasant service, turned up on time very clean process used also, would highly recommend them

Very efficient service and detailed report which has been used to start the process of resolving the issues with the developer.

We booked MAH Inspections for our 5-bed new build and couldn’t be happier with the service.

From the very first call, Cheryl was wonderful—she explained the whole process clearly and was so patient and accommodating, even when our completion date kept changing. She really made the booking side of things stress-free.

On the day of the inspection, Mark arrived right on time and immediately put us at ease. He explained how the snagging would work before getting started, then went through the house with great care and attention to detail. He was friendly and approachable the whole time—I felt comfortable asking questions, and he always gave clear, helpful answers.

The report arrived the same day - it was well laid out by room, easy to follow, and the glossary made the more technical bits simple to understand. The photos were clear, and the notes made it easy to know exactly what needed addressing.

Overall, Mark and Cheryl made the whole experience smooth, professional, and reassuring. We’re so pleased we chose them and would happily recommend MAH Inspections to anyone looking for a snagging inspection.

I recently used MAH Inspections Ltd to carry out a snagging survey on my new home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Cheryl was extremely helpful and flexible - she responded to my enquiry and got me booked in promptly. The whole process was stress-free thanks to the easy and friendly communication throughout.

On the day of the inspection, Mark arrived early and was very professional. He took the time to clearly and concisely explain all the snags to me, ensuring that I understood everything.

The report was sent to me by 4pm the same day and was easy to follow. It included a glossary of terms - perfect for someone like me who doesn’t know much about building, and even references to regulations for some of the issues snagged.

I would 100% recommend MAH Inspections Ltd to any new homebuyers seeking a thorough and professional snagging service.

Mark was very thorough when completing the inspection. He was also professional, friendly and happy to be around our pets. He highlighted a number of areas that required attention. As a result, the development company committed 2 days and 2 workers to remedy everything found in the report. Without his report, they would have continued to ignore our concerns and issues.
Cheryl was fully supportive throughout the process and exceptional at explaining everything.
I have and will continue to recommend Mahinspection.

Mark was brilliant for the entirety of the snag process. He was flexible with his working and allowed me to leave the house while he completed all the rooms thoroughly. He explained exactly what he would do and how it was to be carried out. Not only this but he was a very friendly bloke who sounded genuinely caring about not only the job at hand but also general chit chat. Would recommend to everyone!!

Mark was fantastic! He carried out a professional and detailed snagging inspection, explained everything clearly, and spotted things I’d never have noticed. I’d highly recommend MAH Inspections to anyone buying a new home.

Mr. Mark very detail, hard work and professional to completed job

He is take heart to doing inspections and very nice and very fast to provide report to me to developer to followed

Moved into our new build 4 bedroom property recently built by Redrow. I decided to get a professional snag company in to complete a list rather than just wing it myself - so glad I did.
Very professional from MAH right from the outset, from the initial query, quote & booking process, to Marks arrival & completion of the report. Everything was brilliant! I don't understand why people spend £100ks on a house and don't use a snag company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MAH.

Brilliant experience

Polite and courteous and very helpful

Highly recommended 👍

I couldn’t be happier with the service from MAH Inspections. Mark the inspector, was absolutely fantastic – he spent a great deal of time going through every detail of the property and left no stone unturned. His dedication and thoroughness were second to none.

The final report was incredibly detailed, full of clear explanations and photographs, which gave us complete confidence in making our decisions. It was obvious how much care and effort Mark had put into the inspection, and the professionalism throughout was first-class.

If you want a detailed, honest, and reliable inspection, I would highly recommend MAH Inspections – and especially Mark for his outstanding work.
