Extreme delays, poor communication and unsatisfactory workmanship
I ordered a custom-made built-in wardrobe from MAGUBO in March 2026. The contractual delivery period was 8–10 weeks (until the beginning of June), but the wardrobe was only completed at the end of August, approximately two months late.
Communication was extremely poor. After being very responsive before the contract was signed, my messages and calls were repeatedly ignored for long periods. Interestingly, communication became daily and hourly whenever payments were requested. Emails have not been answered at all and no invoices were provided, even upon request.
The installation took six working days instead of the estimated two to three days, and the wardrobe still has numerous defects: uneven gaps between doors, saw damage, poorly fitted parts throughout, a missing handle, and two doors that do not function properly due to poor workmanship and installation.
I documented everything with photos and asked MAGUBO to remedy the defects, but I am currently receiving no response – consistent with previous lack of communication.
A small discount was granted, but it does not come close to compensating for the massive delay and the poor quality and defects of the finished wardrobe.
Based on the extreme delay, lack of communication and poor workmanship, I cannot recommend MAGUBO. I strongly advise potential customers to be very careful before doing business with them.
