Fast and reliable service and a friendly driver. Always happy with Magnum.

The driver picked my Mum and myself up from visiting my Dad in his nursing home. The driver talked to us for the whole journey home, he was very friendly, respectful and,having asked about my Dad, understanding and sympathetic. He took the shortest route home. The price we paid was very good. We use Magnum Taxis a lot, and have never had a bad driver, journey nor been over charged. It's so easy to book by phone call.

My driver, Riffat, was a joy . He arrived promptly, was courteous, friendly and we had a very pleasant conversation. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the whole experience was first rate. I always use a magnum taxis as they never fail to impress. Their Booking system is so easy to use .

You don't have a long waiting time. Taxis come very quick ive never waited on a taxi no longer than 5min your drivers are very pleasant

The driver that picked me up today was very kind, polite and respectful.
Sometimes, some drivers take long route, slow down unnecessarily to increase arrival time and of course increase what I have to pay, talk on the phone throughout the journey. But that’s just some of the drivers.
Nevertheless, I’d say that the company is doing well and should continue to improve on their services.
