Purchased a pair of Magnums for work, they didnt even last a year and then literally fell apart. SHOCKING.

Shame they weren’t good quality
Bought my first pair hoping for a good quality work boot. How wrong was I. Arrived, put them on.. pulled laces and fabric eyelets just flew off.
I took pics and sent to customer services. Instantly offered a partial refund. I would have preferred a great pair of boots.
They just accept the issue , pay some cash and go back to selling.

Miserable quality boots - Zero warranty
Boots that last 3 months of light use until being completely broken to the core by all sides.
Costumer service says they’re sorry but they can’t do nothing about that because they weren’t bought directly from them?!
Is that a decent brand warranty protection?
Absolute joke! Buy from Temu! They last longer!

Bought magnum ultima pro 8 & within 8…
Bought magnum ultima pro 8 & within 8 months started to split on the outside of the foot both sides .
Then my wife purchased the same boot for dog walking and within 5 months the same happend .
Contacted magnum customer services and they simply said take it up with the shop .
Magnum claim the police wear them if so the met must spend a fortune on boots positives the boots are very comfortable boots but at £120 buy elseware they wont last

Terrible. Don't buy from them
My husband bought a pair of boots for £104. He needed solid boots for work so we thought that such boots could have been ideal and long lasting. Well, after not even a week on of the boots got ripped off. The heel sole attached to the boot opened up. He made contact with the company via email but received no response. Then my husband called and a very "clever" guy thought that we are so stupid to believe what he said: "sorry my colleague is not in we will call back within today". Of course they never called back. We paid 104 poinds for a pair pf cheap quality boots. I do not reccommend this brand at all

Poor customer service
Received delivery of boots one had a faulty insole which rides when you put your foot in. I wanted to exchange for another pair. Start the process by email then resorted to two telephone calls it has taken five days so far sadly still no resolution. Really poor customer service
