We love the bed! My son is absolutely stoked and loves sleeping in it. Every time someone comes over, he says, "Do you want to see my new bed?"even if they've already seen it multiple times. It's really cosy and has freed up so much space in the room that my two boys share.

There was a few hiccups behind the scenes but they were really easy to deal with and were able to explain things

We absolutely love this bed! It arrived within the timeframe we were expecting and was well worth the wait. Assembly was really straightforward, it took me less than an hour (with a toddler trying to help too 🤣) and the bed feels incredibly sturdy and well made. We love the natural timber finish and how it looks in our toddler’s room. The rails are perfect for keeping him safely contained as he loves to roll around in his sleep.

I co-sleep with our son in this bed and it’s surprisingly comfortable for both of us. We chose to use our existing king single mattress instead of buying the recommended one, so it sits a little higher than intended, but that was our choice and hasn’t been an issue.

Overall, we’re extremely happy with the quality and would happily recommend Magic of Wood.

I bought the triple bunks (king single).

Quality: I've been really impressed by both the quality and sturdyness of the wood.

Our room has a high ceiling so these have freed up heaps of space in the room, and mean we can use another room as a play room or for a boarder.

Size: Since they’re king singles, there is heaps of room. We’ve found the beds are wide enough for two younger kids to share comfortably (or an adult and a younger kid even), which will be handy for sleepovers.

The most important thing: My three daughters (ages 4, 7, and 9) are stoked, and love having their own personalised space in their 'castle' (especially the eldest at the top). The quality and size of the beds make this a good investment for the years to come.

Assembly: I did most of it by myself over the course of basically the whole day, and the instructions were easy enough to follow. It will take at least 2 adults to lift up the completed triple bunk into position once assembled.

Delivery: took around a month or so, as indicated in other reviews, so keep that in mind if you're in a rush to get beds.

Overall I'm really pleased with the quality of the beds.

The wavy bunks look absolutely amazing in my child’s room - excellent quality. I needed them for a specific date and communicated this to them, the bunks were shipped when promised and received in time. Only comment is the assembly instructions could be clearer.

The quality of the product is excellent; if you’re looking for a bed that will stand the test of time. The beds are simple to put together, easier the second time around as we have purchased x2 bunk beds. The online guides that come with the product are not at the same standard as the bed themselves and could be tweaked to make them a little easier to follow but all the hard work is done for you. I would recommend.

We recently purchased a custom bed for our daughter from Magic of Wood and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the assembly instructions were emailed through immediately after placing the order, which made everything really straightforward. The bed itself was easy to assemble, very well made, and exactly what we were hoping for.
What really stood out was how accommodating they were with customising the design to better suit our daughter’s needs. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and the whole process felt personal and professional.

We bought loft bed, for my son's room. He really likes it. Assembly was easy and straightforward. Quality is awesome. Really happy with it. Great space saver for a small room.

We ordered the Scandinavian Pine bunk but we asked if we could customise it to have the plywood ladder (as the ladder was more suitable for our young children), which Vlad and Ana were more than happy to do so. They arrived the week that we were promised they would be dispatched. Vlad was happy to speak on the phone with hubby and talk him through any concerns we had while setting up the bunks. The contrast between the two different types of wood is very minimal and blends well. Our children love their new beds and the high safety rail makes us feel confident with our restless sleepers. The added drawers underneath are an extra bonus in a small room storage is a must.
Overall we are all very pleased with the product and service Magic of Wood provided.

I had a really great experience with Magic of Wood. The quality of their bunk beds and furniture is amazing and you can tell a lot of care goes into their work. Everything looks beautiful and feels strong and well made. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for durable, well-made furniture that will last!

I bought a bunk bed from Magic of Wood for my grandchildren and a bedroom set for myself. I am very happy with everything. The kids love their bed — it has one single bed on top and a pull-out single bed underneath.
I am also so happy with my bedroom set. The design is absolutely beautiful. My bedside tables and tallboy are amazing, and I love the natural colours.

Missing instructions, extremely poor communication, failure to provide itemise parts, instructions poor (not detailed). I opened three boxes for a low loft bed for my daughter. No instructions no items labelled. Constant emailing and threatening legal action eventually they sent list of items and instructions. Instructions are not detailed, fail to identify parts of wood in steps, steps are skipped or blended together. Few parts predrilled requiring constant measuring and remeasuring, marking, pre drilling (instructions say you don’t need to buy wood cracks if you don’t). Quality not worth the $1800 plus shipping. It looks good but concerned it will break and not hold my daughter as she grows. Weight limit says 200kg but this is beyond unlikely it creaks with 60kg (my weight). Extremely unhappy took 6hrs to put together should have been a 1hr job.

Terrible communication. Same as bellow really, phone number doesn’t work, left numerous messages, even tried contacting on instagram and Facebook to no reply.
Kept giving us new dates of arrival. I understand that things happen but atleast have the decency to communicate effectively with clients paying $3k for the products.
Product finally arrived and the measurements are off and there’s parts missing. So we have had to fix it ourselves.
At this point it would have been faster and more efficient to just build the entire thing ourselves.
