Horrible company
ordered on 1/7/25 and only responded to me after my 3rd email to them that due to the LA fires they were backed up. I gave them the benefit of a doubt but yet to receive anything. Requested refund and havent heard back. Dont waste your money with this company
A poorly run company!
Magick.com is a poorly run company. I placed an order, never heard back from them in over 20 days and I had to call them and basically do their job for them giving all the information that they should have had. I never receive tracking, never received anything regarding my order and they disputed that it was ever made. In the end, it took 5 phone calls over roughly 25 days all by me as they lied, saying they would call me but never did and I finally gave up as my time simply wasn't worth, the amount of money lost. I do not suggest doing business with this company, there are other companies out there that deal in these types of items that are trustworthy and reliable.
SCAM & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Ordered 12/21/24 and now it is 03/18/25 and my order is still not completed. This company is scam with horrible customer service! They do not answer the phone number or return calls. They have replied to a couple emails with excuses. It is the worst company I have encountered. I think they do not have the products, offer a discount to get large amounts of orders coming in and then they order the items wholesale from a foreign company to maybe ship when they get the products in. That is why it takes so long. I ended up ordering a similar item from Canada and got it in 4 days.
Magick doesn't deliver or respond to customers
I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I felt like I should warn other buyers - especially after seeing other folks' experiences with Magick.
They hook you with a bunch of novel items that are hard to find, but they don't deliver or respond. I placed an order Jan 16, 2025, it is now March 13. At the time I placed the order, the website said there might be a wait of up to 2 weeks for processing as they had a higher volume of orders than normal. I inquired about the status of my order via email in mid/late February -- I try to be understanding with this type of thing. I received no response.
At this point, I have opened a dispute via Afterpay, it has been over 15 days since the dispute was opened, and Magick has yet to respond or issue a refund.
When I opened the Afterpay dispute, Magick's website had been down for multiple days. I checked their website again today, and it's back up, but there is now a notice that after upgrading their website customers need to create new accounts and that orders could not be synced over with accounts. At this point, I have already had to buy most of the items from other vendors as some were gifts.
Waste of time and money, do not recommend.
Poor customer service/no communication
I placed an order February 8, 2025 and received my order today, March 14, 2025. I emailed and called multiple times to try to find a status update and got no response at all. I requested that my order be canceled and refunded...no response. I'm surprised I actually received the order. But, I will not order from them again due to the lack of communication and poor customer service.

This company is horrible! They had no problem taking my money, but I never received my items and got no response to my email or message. I filed a charge back with my credit card company. There's a reason the website offers "deals". Whoever runs this site is cashing in and committing a massive fraud scheme. I hope they get busted by law enforcement. Certainly karma will work it out.

They lie and tell you it’s gonna be sent next week and it never gets sent and finally it does get sent it isn’t worth it. I hate to write this review, but I have no other choice. I've been a customer since 2020 and I don't do small orders. The customer service has deteriorated over the years and now it's literally non-existent. I placed a large order on February 6, 2025 and as of March 7, 2025, I have heard absolutely nothing about the status of my order. The money definitely left my bank account. In the time frame, I've sent 2 emails and left a voice mail message and no one has responded.
Last week I signed into my account and it showed the orders as unfulfilled and my older fulfilled orders. They apparently changed website providers/format, because the website looks completely different. They're still adding new products to the website and offering a 35% sale on items. When I login to my account now, all orders have disappeared, fulfilled and unfulfilled.
If you can update the website and add new products, you should be able to answer questions about orders. Waiting over a month to have an order fulfilled or an update is completely unacceptable.

Update: No update lol and still no order. However, i did report them to the TrustedSite emblem(green checkmark) that's at the bottom of the site. I will report until something happens. I hope you all do too.The sad part is... I've placed maybe 3-4 orders over the past year or so and had zero problems. However, the order I placed on January 24th has yet to be fulfilled and shipped to me. I emailed them and received an email saying they're behind because the LA fires caused them to stop shipments. That was the second week of February. Since, I've emailed 3 times with no answer, called and received no answer or call back. To top it off, they've revamped the website and accounts and now it shows NO ORDERS!!!!!!!!!

I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. Took exactly 2 months for my very small order to ship. While waiting I tried to inquire (after the 1st month) and upon receiving no response I followed up to cancel my order. No response from them except to tell my order shipped (again, 2 months exactly from when I ordered). I will try to get a return on this but I will never order from them ever again. All the other negative reviews are correct!!!

Their 30% off campaign is on almost all year round, and that is another excuse they'll use and say they're dealing with large volumes of orders. Still waiting for my January 21st, 2025 Order.
On January 21st I ordered two sets of candle holders. On February 12th I finally receive an email that my order had shipped but alas it is February 27th and I have still not received my order. I again sent emails I also tried calling the number listed on the website and was unable to get through. Unfortunately I will Have to write this experience as a loss without resolution. I was really excited to have this company as my metaphysical go to, but sadly it won't be. Good luck with this store

Horrible customer service
Wouldn't recommend this company. I placed my order 2 weeks ago and. I emailed asking for the status of my order and they said I would be out soon. I requested a cancelation and they stop communicating and I called today and the answer was the system has been down for a day and a half, and is nothing we can do now. You can call back Monday to see what can we do....... This is absolutely horrible customer service. Seems they always have excuses for everything but not to take your money.
Beware Scam- I Finally Got My Money Back
I placed an order on December 26, 2024, and experienced significant delays and inaccurate information. Despite the website marking my order as 'Fulfilled' and receiving a shipping confirmation, the tracking showed little movement. Customer service gave me conflicting information and even denied me a refund! To resolve this, I documented everything, sent a formal email outlining the issues and demanding a refund, and was prepared to file complaints with the FTC and BBB. After taking these actions, I finally received a refund on Feb 23rd without any apologies. I never received the package that I ordered in Dec because it was never shipped! I would NEVER do business with them again.

I wish I would have took time to review this store. I placed one order on the 2nd of Feb and an other order on the 4th of Feb. When I called two weeks ago they told me it was delayed due to the California fires. I understand and felt empathy for them. However, after looking them up I see that this is an on going issue before the fires. I called them yesterday, the woman on the phone once again said that they are extremely delayed and I should see movement within next week or sooner. I’m waiting to see but if not, I’m going to cancel.
