Sizing was ridiculous
Sizing was ridiculous, think it's a con, you can't get your money back only a partial refund (they kept £15 as a 'handling fee') I went to a shop smd bought 2 bras for £15 in the end.
Also what leads you yo believe it was under bust support was a thing piece of pointless material.

If I could give zero I would. Do not buy from this company. Firstly it seems they are not a UK based company. They also have a refund policy that does not comply with consumer rights act . You can’t get a full refund if you try to return a product you don’t think is up to standard even if in the same condition as you received it. There is no returns label or clear address to which you can send your item and they then try to make you accept that you should pay £10.99 for something called a restocking fee. So you only get around half of what you paid as a refund . They claim this is an ECO incentive when really it’s just dishonesty . The bra I got was very flimsy with no elasticity at all and sizing was really off. So now I’ve got a rubbish bra that doesn’t fit and the best I’ll get is half the amount back and some other equally rubbish product replacement as a good will gesture! No thank you. Steer clear is my advice .

Product is not magic and not UK
Product is not magic and not UK. Dont’ be fooled, you are dealing directly with China! Material is flimsy, scratchy and unsupportive. Sizing is bizarre and incomrehensible. Beware if you need to return for a different size - bad return system as it requires their permission, no address given (in China presumably) and a re-stock charge! All in all a classic rip-off so don’’t bother - buy similar from Amazon at half the price and hassle-free returns.

Do not buy from this company! They charged me for two products when I only bought one. Refused to issue a refund or advise how to return the product. Temu has the same product at half the price !

Quality is ok, returns a hassle
Quality is ok, but sizing is all wrong. Returns is virtually impossible. Offered percentage refund then return and full refund.

Cheap quality from China for expensive prices
Took weeks to arrive and was shocked it was shipped all the way from China. It’s hard to find this information on the website. One bra was ok and one cheap and itchy. Both were ok but the finishing on both were poor quality. Won’t shop again.

Unresolve cancel order!
I cancelled my order few minutes after I made it, and it's still unresolved. They sent me email as like my order it's still going ahead even though on their site it's saying that you have to cancell in the first 12 hours after the order. Why it's taking so long to cancel an order? At this point I think they just don't want to cancel the order. Be careful with this business!!! I should have read the reviews beforehand!

Don’t purchase. Sizing completely wrong.
Having been measured in a few stores I ordered my correct size.When the bras arrived it was obvious that the cups were very small and not the size they should have been.
When I contacted Magic Bra they advised they don’t do a larger cup and offered to let me have another bra for £10.00.
I don’t know why they thought reducing the price of a bra would ‘magically’ increase the cup size to a size they don’t manufacture !
The returns procedure appears to be costly and complicated with them charging you a fee in addition to having to pay the return costs.
So, I have accepted their other suggestion that I donate the bras they wrongly and misleadingly sized.
I’m over £ 50 out of pocket but definitely wiser. I’ll be buying from bricks and mortar retailers from now on.

This is not a UK company, only after you order you find out its coming from china. Took 4 weeks to arrive, doesnt fit, looks cheap, feels cheap and the stitch on bra has already came out and i only tried it on. From other reveiws there is no poiny trying to get a refund. Do not buy from this company! Once they have your money, they're not interested in you actually having a bra that fits, they just try and squeeze more cash from you.
I ordered my usual size, it took an age to arrive so they're not in the UK.
When it arrived the sizing was so off it was a joke, I couldn't get it on at all.
I emailed them wanting a refund and they wanted a further £10.00 payment from me to send out another size.
I said no, I want a refund, this is a rubbish bra, and they then told me im responsible for return postage costs and a handling fee would be deducted of £10.99 and keep the bra that doesn't fit.
Why would I want a bra that doesn't fit?
I walked away from this transaction with a bra that doesnt fit and no refund, because I simply couldn't be bothered with the stress, but I just came to warn others to AVOID!!!!
