I was worried at first due to the dress I ordered didn’t even have the size on the Mac Duggal website that I ordered from Madame Bridal. Some how some way the dress and size I ordered was sent to them by the manufacturer and then it arrived within the 10 days from the day if first ordered it. The dress is very beautiful, quality is amazing - I got lucky regarding it fitting because if it didn’t it was not returnable or exchangeable as their terms say so online and you MUST agree to them before ordering, hence the main reason I originally wanted to order from Mac Duggal in case I needed to exchange. The dresses are what Madame Bridal shake and says they are - just a scary experience spending that much money on a dress that can’t be returned or exchanged if needed to. I took the chance for a beautiful dress for my son’s wedding which worked out for the dress I desired to be my Mother of the Groom dress. Alterations of course needed for the shoulders and the length of dress was way too long for this shirt lady so has to be hemmed. Madame Briadal will come through on getting the actual dress you want just make of your measurements or make sure you can return it or exchange it before you buy online.

Madame bridal and their staff was lovely to interact with. I ordered a dress to be overnighted by the shop; unfortunately, due to the FedEx plane crash, the Express package did not arrive on time. This was at no fault of theirs. The owner spoke with me and attempted to make everything right, which he did. I will definitely use them again.

Tried on the dress at a few local stores. Got the model number and found it at a better price online. Dress came in perfect conditions and fast shipping. Loved that I was able to communicate with the owner directly before purchasing

I would like to clarify the situation regarding my order. The dress did not arrive on time, even though I paid for express shipping. My event was two days ago, and I had to purchase another dress because my order did not arrive as promised. I only received the dress today, which is well past the required date.
I was also disappointed to receive a message asking me to delete my review in order to receive my order. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.
In addition, your public comment stating that the dress arrived on time is not accurate.
Given the delay and the inconvenience caused, I kindly request a refund for the express shipping fee.

The dress I originally received was the wrong size. I called and talked to Simon and he immediately went to work on a resolution for me. He ordered me a new dress and provided a way for me to send the wrong one back. He was so kind and easy to work with. Thank you Simon for fixing this for my daughter’s homecoming!

I have returned the dress I bought from them and they have not refunded my money. I returned in the time frame they required and I had received authorization to return the dress. They have not returned the dress nor have they refunded my money.
