My daughter fell in love with a dress on Madame Bridal's website. I was hesitant to purchase a wedding gown sight unseen, but finding nothing to her liking in Minnesota, we took a chance and texted Madame Bridal. After 2 texts with Simon, we found ourselves on the phone with Simon moving forward with a purchase. Simon was extremely helpful in figuring out what size to order based on my daughter's measurements and reassured us that the dress would be a quality product. Within a week, the dress showed up at our door, and it is perfect! The wedding is June 2025, and we will certainly send Madame Bridal photos of my daughter in her dress! Thank you, Simon and Madame Bridal, for making my daughter's wedding gown dreams come true!

My sister ordered a dress from here for my wedding. She ordered based off the size chart but unfortunately it was too small. We called the next day to see about exchanging it for a different size and the guy on the phone very rudely told us we have to send an email, so we did right away. Over a week goes by and still no response. We called again and explained the situation and the guy just hung up! Tried calling again multiple times and no answer. They gladly took our money and now that they have it, they have no interest in making sure we’re satisfied with the order. Do not order from them unless you want to be stuck with an expensive dress that you can’t do anything with. These people are disgusting. Beware!!

Funny how under every bad review (which they are a lot of) they lie and just call it a fake review. You’re really just making your business look bad because this shows how you don’t value your customers at all. If you did, you would respond to the email that was sent to you on 10/30/24 and try to rectify the situation. Horrible customer service.

Madame Bridal came to my rescue when I could not get the gown that I wanted anywhere in NY. I desperately went on line, saw their website and spoke with an extremely helpful gentleman. He had the gown and shipped it to me in 5 days. Thank you, I wore the gown for my daughters wedding and loved it!

i walked in and i instantly felt welcomed. the atmosphere is very positive and i ended up getting a discount on my prom dress for looking good in it! the dresses are gorgeous and very affordable and i have bought 3 dresses here so far and will 100% be buying more.

Albert was fantastic. We shopped for a beauty pageant and found the gold mine. We walked to so many stores but when we saw Albert we were in love. The dress is magnificent!!!! I Am going to win for sure. Come one come all. You need to come here.

Incredible customer service! I needed a dress last minute for a trip and had looked online at many different places. None were able to accommodate and ship to me in time. I called Simon directly who contacted the vendor and arranged it to be sent to me in time for my trip. He went above and beyond to help me get this in time. I've never had such great customer service! Will definitely shop here again.
