Professional from the start. I took my Mac to Apple when it did not start, and they said it was a logic board issue. I gathered as much information as possible and researched in detail. Found Efix, and felt comfortable enough to make the call, they seemed knowledgeable and explained that they will need to assess whether it could be fixed.luckily they were able to fix my Legacy MacBook Pro at a good price. They were quick and efficient. Good communication and honest. Kyle, I call him ‘Kyle Reese’ prevented my laptop from becoming extinct. What a true soldier! Worth taking the chance.

Amazing service at a very competitive price. My 2015 MacPro's battery was running down very quickly, and after contacting eFix they answered very quickly confirming that a replacement battery was probably in order. Their price was excellent and included postage to them and back to my address and insurance. The MacPro was returned within 7 days (including a weekend) well packaged and with its new battery was performing as new. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Great people to deal with so don't hesitate to use them. 5 stars all the way.

I had my MacBook Pro go from perfect functioning to completely dead and Apple’s diagnostics couldn’t advise any way to recover it. As a last hope I sent it off to these guys and it came back working perfectly with every bit of data intact. Couldn’t be happier. That was months ago and the MacBook is still running perfectly.

Sent my MacBook off and mac repairs identified the fault quickly and were honest about what needed to be repaired. Reece was always prompt and polite with his emails regarding the repairs would definitely use again and they offer a 12 month warranty on repairs they undertake also. This company is excellent. All the information is clear from beginning to end. Reece was so helpful with what was wrong with my mac pro, to pricing and what could be done. This company needs more than 5 stars. They are outstanding in every way. Reese never hesitates to email you or chat if needed and my elderly 2013 MacbookPro is still going well thanks to him and his company. They facilitate you getting the laptop to them and back and it doesn’t cost extra either. Can’t praise them enough.

I had my MacBook repaired by them and the whole experience was first class. The service was professional, efficient and straightforward from start to finish. My MacBook was returned very quickly, fully fixed, and I am typing this review on it now.

This company is fantastic. I have used them multiple times. Their customer support / communications are excellent and their work is second to none. Apple said my water damaged M1 macbookPro needed to be replaced. eFix repaired it within 2 weeks and now it is just like new. I recently had the battery replaced on my 2018 MacBook Pro. Fantastic service from beginning to end. Super clear instructions on how to send the laptop, and in particular what not to do or not to send which is so helpful. They acknowledge receipt, gave it a test and reported back on any other issues they found and recommendations, fixed a Thunderbold port free of charge (it had fluff in the port rendering it unuseable). Battery was replaced, MacBook tested and sent back. Door to door it took 8 days and my Mac has a new lease of life. Further more they had cleaned it, and it looked amazing, like new. I highly recommend these guys and would use again without questions.

eFix were absolutely brilliant when my son’s MacBook Pro died – he only had two weeks to go until his Photography BTEC Level 3 final project was due, and all his photos were on the computer, so we were in full panic mode.

Reece from eFix understood the urgency of the situation and also the importance of not just fixing the Macbook but retrieving all the data. Calm, efficient, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, he kept us in the loop at every stage, from diagnosis and repair to the safe return of the computer. Five days after sending eFix the Macbook, we got it back fixed, and with all the pictures saved.

I hope we never have to use them again but would trust them in a heartbeat if we do!!
