Happy New year guys, you all remember how I warned you all about this crap prop firm , now they have completely stop running operations, those hoping for a come back do you really believe a company with such huge debt will come back to payback, I have been saying it since they that they lied about the software issues for payout now it's clear, if you check their Facebook handle, they were selling account for 50% discount while Payouts were on hold, this clearly a rug pull move. A big congrats to Max, Owen, Gilly and Jay for successfully scamming their clients and traders.

Mesa proprietária com atendimento ruim, depois de praticamente 1 mês, mandando vários email solicitando o pagamento, a mesa venho me pagar, então melhorem esse suporte, se não ninguém mais vai comprar mesa com vocês !

Seu suporte e atendimento e horrível.
faz praticamente duas semanas que solicito saque por e-mail que e algo vergonhoso para uma empresa de mesa proprietária, eles demoram a responder praticamente 2 dias a demora e quando respondem e praticamente aleatório.
outro ponto negativo e que na minha solicitação de saque eles mandaram uma foto de pagamento e já faz 3 dias e nada de receber e nem cair na conta .. quando pergunto, demoram a responder .. na realidade nem responderam
se eles me pagarem direitinho eu volto aqui e dou a nota máxima se não fica aqui minha indignação com a mesa e principalmente com o suporte

Just thought i’d leave a review today, i’ve been waiting for my payout for about a month now and nothings been sorted accordingly.. i’ve had an email back saying that it’s going to get sorted however this firm is just not the best on communication. This payment should’ve have been sorted weeks ago but the management team have just longed this out now. would not recommend using this prop firm - btw the website doesn’t even work so you can’t access your dashboard.

Since April, an email was sent to me about a promotional price for an EVAL account, I contacted several people about this account because due to the health problem, a special condition for an EVAL account would be very good, but since then I have always been informed that they would analyze and return. We are in December and there is no response so far about this, I will take advantage of other opportunities that other prop firms are offering to continue negotiating. It would be much better if you had nothing to offer and didn't leave people waiting months for a response, unfortunately I had this experience with Mac&Gray.
