No customer service absolutely avoid still not received order have emailed many times and went on there face book page this so called company has no respect for customers

I can't get enough of this stuff! The quality is top! I've eaten so much I think I'm turning South African!

Awful business, DO NOT USE!! No product after over 3 weeks and no refund with poor communication.

What the hell is wrong with companies like this. Get out of business if you can’t even fecking post a simple product and then refund or resend quickly when there’s a problem

Taken my money over a month ago and still no product delivered. Nobody is getting back to me. Is this a scam company?

Had 2 perfect and delicious deliveries until the third one arrived. Firstly it was not the correct flavour but that wasn’t the end of the world until I went to tuck into it. The pack had not been sealed properly and the meat was covered in slimy white mould - i had eaten a few pieces before realising but took photos and sent to their customer services email address. Some of it was literally climbing out of the pack itself. I expected some concern and embarrassment but actually got quite the opposite. They noticed the package was different to what was on my order and suggested “ this is not what you ordered, you must have bought it from somewhere else !!!!!” I’m still to receive a credit, replacement or apology.
Absolute disgrace - complaint still outstanding +6 months later with no replies to follow up emails.

Ok but customer service is bad.....took ages to get a delivery. I understand delivery is delayed at moment but I had to email about 5 times to get a response. Also product varies between packet, sometimes dry sometimes moist

I paid for one off set and it didn't come in three weeks. Also wrote to customer service who didn't respond. Do not use. I am glad I didn't subscribe!!

Just had my first order delivered and WOW this is awesome it tastes great, its a great thing if u need to snack on something being on a low carb diet. I would definitely recommend this and I'm definitely ordering again after I have eaten my first order, i may subscribe on a regular basis.

I was looking forward to this, as an ex South African now living in the UK I was missing my biltong. So I signed up for a monthly deal (3 * 75g bags) for £11.60 a month. I noticed though when my 2nd order came through they had sent me 3 * 35g bags. Which is 105g for £11.60, that's over £100 per kg which is extortionate.
Since then I have tried to contact them via their website, and have emailed their customer service email account but have had no response.
So I will be cancelling my order which is a shame really as the biltong was actually really good and tasty. But not at that price!

Unfortunately, a good product is let down by poor customer service. I was sent the wrong product in one of my orders and I was charged for a larger package. After 3 weeks, several emails and a tweet they haven't made it right and I've cancelled my subscription. Shame.

Great tasting, Generous portions for the price. Something to look forward to receiving in the post. Worth a look at.
