Unfortunately I am another one who has been scammed by this fake organisation. After almost a month after placing my order I have finally received my two items and as everyone else has stated, the quality is disgusting, they have no labels and look like they have been stitched up in some back-street sweatshop in China. I have thought of trying for a refund (fortunately I did not spend too much money) but am not sure it is worth my time. And it looks like they must have had a shipping arrived from China as I've noticed a lot of the reviews have come at the same time as mine. Really disgusting company - stay away!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Total scam. Not based in the UK, but in China, long delivery time, not a few business days as promised. Fabric very low quality polyester, very poor sewing and construction. Very over sized. As many others have said, very bad quality, quickly sewn and nothing like the pictures. Yes probably are closing down after all of these reviews.

Cheap nasty fabric this company is dishonest as these dresses are not top quality sale items because the London shop is closing !!!its based in China!

This is an awful company, do not use. I received a poorly made dress from a very dodgy manufacturer. No labels in the dress, poor size, awful material and no shipping/delivery documents. They are ignoring my emails.

This company LYNOR-LONDON is a SCAM. They aren’t based in London but China. The quality is awful. The item didn’t fit, and substandard. I’ve done all they asked and they said they would send me details on how to do the return, but not had the information. I’ve chased and still nothing.
I’m probably going to have to go through my bank to sort this. And Trading Standards.

I’ve since googled the company on trust pilot and I’m not alone, this seems to be a very common occurrence!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, QUALITY IS AWFUL, THEY WONT LET YOU RETURN ITEMS FOR A REFUND. They made out they were a British brand due to close down but it’s not true. The owner Dmitri Tseliaritski…(note the word liar in the name! ) Says at companies House he’s in Spain, goods from China, a mention of the Netherlands…substandard…no response to a request of return label and refund. Spoken with my Bank. This is Fraudulent. Posing as a closing down Sale and reductions from ‘couture London sale’. Guarantees returns and refunds within 30 days.

Unfortunately I have fallen victim to this scam also, when I first did a search on them there weren't any reviews so I gave them the benefit of the doubt but, they must be very new because I've come back on here to see all these comments that are very recent.

After 15 emails back and forth they eventually said they will arrange a full refund for the items, 5 working days later, the money is not refunded and radio silence!!

I was polite all the way through but could tell from the first response when I emailed that this was going to be a scam.
I would recommend speaking to your banks asap to get this resolved!
Last time I give an unknown online store the benefit of doubt.

Avoid this company!! The clothes are cheap, badly made and don’t look like advertised. They’ve wasted my time by repeatedly delaying offering a refund and sending emails that basically mock you - I have asked 4 times for a refund and they say if I accessorise with something I might like it! They do not deserve your business!

Cheap, poor quality and badly fitting clothes which they will do everything to avoid providing return information for. I am so far 11 emails into an exchange where they are doing anything possible NOT to provide details of how to return an item. So far I have been blamed because ‘I chose the size’ and ‘the item has been worn’ (actually just tried on) and ‘it just needs an iron’ when it arrived screwed up in a tiny bag.
I’m going to end up having to go through a legal channel just to get the refund they promise on their website is a 30 day money back guarantee and ‘no questions asked’.

Ordered a dress which came looking nothing like the picture, it was vaguely the same colour but nothing like the quality expected from the pictures.
Requested to make a return and initially their communication was good and quick, but after a few emails and no return information they said the item would just be refunded. Needless to say I still have no refund and from the recent reviews I don't expect to get one. Please don't use this company, you will pay over and above for an item that you didn't want without being able to return it. There is no customer service.

Do not use. Clothes not as advertised and they ignore requests to return.

I would have selected no stars if possible. Foreign company posing as a legit UK based company closing down. Extremely poor quality clothing, refused to let me return the item despite saying on the website that there was a 30-day return policy. Planning to report to Trading Standards.

Don't get caught out. This doesn't appear to be a London based company although it does seem to be trading as LYNOR LIMITED - a Chinese company governed by the Netherlands. The clothing is poorly made and does not look like the images. They have not replied to requests to return and refund items.

My experience: I purchased two items for holiday. They took 7 working days to arrive and when they did, they were different from the pictures. The first dress was a different shade and completely see-through, the second was such poor quality without proper hems and both really large. I requested a refund method/address - and initially they offered an exchange and then they went silent. I pointed out that as per the distance selling rules we are entitled to a refund within 14 days of receipt. And as per their own website rules it does state 30 days etc for a refund. They are based in London but it is a Chinese company with a business registered and governed from the Netherlands. Either way I have been scammed as they are not replying. Items are unwearable. Please don't order from them. Will be seeing how to report them next!

This company is absolute scum. The clothes on the pictures on their website look fantastic but in reality it is a different story. First if it’s London company it’s not gonna take a long time for the items to arrive. Mine arrived in 10 days. I have ordered three dresses due to the big discount but I also think that the information about the company is closing down is just a trick to get more people to buy their rubbish. The material is not what you would expect, it’s just a cheap crap. needless to say that the three dresses came in three different sizes. There are no labels on the dresses to show the real price and discounted one. Try to contact the company to advise how to return my item and get refund. No answer yet.

Poor quality clothing with weird seizing. Still trying to return them for a full refund as per their T&Cs after 10 days if email tennis.

These are clearly a counterfeit company. I ordered size 10 trousers that looked to be heavily discounted due to the company closing. They arrived, polyester crap that look like they were run up in 5 minutes and are at least a size 14. I'm doubtful I'll see a refund for the £36 I paid for trousers worth about £5.
