i lost around 35k $ in Lykke. is there any fraud case filed?

Bankrupt and closed down. I'm sure they're using another name right now.

It is with great regret that I have to make the following announcement:

This morning, the board of directors of the Lykke Corp has decided to file for bankruptcy for the holding company Lykke Corp which will in all likelihood also affect its subsidiaries as the prerequisites for a continuation of the business are no longer met.

My business judgement was not good enough to translate the scientific and academically recognised findings and ideas into a successful enterprise.

The validity of these findings, based on research spanning more than four decades, remains undisputed.Other more fortunate teams and entrepreneurs will turn them into successes for profit and non-profit organizations. Of course, I am happy to provide advice based on my scientific and technical expertise.

And should I benefit from these initiatives, I will use them for your compensation to the extent possible and allowed by applicable laws.I thank you for your support and apologise for the hardships caused.

I had an account at Lykke. In June 2024 they send a message that they were hacked and that they were trying to get the assets back. Now in december the platform can't be used anymore. My money is gone... I think Richard Olsen (ceo) is on the Bahamas drinking cocktails from other peoples money...

For a company working with people’s money, there are a lot of red flags in this one, and very bad communication. On advice of a friend in Switzerland I downloaded the app in 2018 or 19 I believe and bought some of their tokens, LKK, as well as using it to trade some other cryptocurrencies. At one point some years ago, the LKK token could just not be traded anymore, without any significant information about what was happening, except some sort of information call that was not available afterwards (I had seen the announcement too late), nothing written at all, and customer service just said that my tokens would be transferred into something new at some point. That was about four years ago, and I keep receiving emails sporadically saying that they have had a cyberattack and everything’s down now but we’ll be online at some point again. Just received one of those and thought it may be helpful to share my experience. To be noted though is that except for the LKK, I could withdraw the rest of my funds about a year ago if I remember correctly and it worked fine. In any case, I feel it’s quite risky to trust those people, especially since there’s no real added value compared to other exchanges.

Don't ever mess with these scammers. They'll cheat you. Once you have transferred money there you can forget about it. I just had my account deleted after trying to enter money from my account. Their agents work in UK and suggest you register there. I 2200 dollars, they let me withdraw 100 dolars to make me believe and start investing further. Go straight to the cyber police

I have lykke exchange account but lykke exchange scam and fraud because,lykke exchange didn’t return funds.I have to start treading 1000 USDT now my lykke exchange account 40000 USDT more , but I never take withdraw one USDT. Lost off try to withdraw my funds but lykke exchange tell deferent rejoin,now lykke exchange tell I paying 6000 USDT tax,then withdraw my funds, please please please no body put money lykke exchange,this exchange fully scam.thanks

A total scam, 100% pure and simple. I made £19,000, then didn’t want to trade anymore, the customer service told me (in poor English) that l had to undertake three more successful trades before l could withdraw or access my money. I asked them where in their Terms & Conditions did it state this the customer service agent couldn’t reply. They then told me l had to pay 2999USD for a holding deposit to access my funds.. l duly (and reluctantly) transferred the funds to them from my Lykke account- they then changed the rules and told me that l couldn’t pay from Lykke. Again, l asked them: ‘where in your terms & conditions does it state this?’ They simply ignored that question.

Please please please don’t use Lykke. It is a complete scam. They state they have an office in Paul Street, London, however it is empty, just a rented room. Scam scam scam..

Since my last review in 2020 not much has changed to the IOS version of Lykke Wallet. Some new coins are added and some are deleted. New for example are the staking coins for ETH and ADA. The UI is stil clean and smooth.

Still waiting for a now version update of the Lykke Wallet app.

There is also a new app called Lykke Pocket. I have not tested it yet because its only available for Android at the moment.

They keep your asset when you send it. Its a scam

Keeps discontinuing coins regularly, with no support to move the coins to a different platform. Little to inexistant customer support.

Be careful they trap you. Moving coin into the wallet is super easy. But that changes once you want to move it to a different wallet. They make it super complicated and lengthy process to do so. And ask a whole bunch of personal questions that don't have anything to do with anything. From income range etc. Some of the questions are based on Swiss regulatory but some are not. Super disappointed.

Avoid! Had an account with them and they lost me loads because of their useless trading platform default settings where I ended up paying 40 times the market price for tokens without realising.
And they didn't want to help me resolve it.
Avoid, avoid and avoid.

Reliable and well regulated exchange. Very good customer support team. Highly recommended.

I buy Bitcoin all the time from Lykke to invest in WolfOfCoinStreet.com and I can say they are the best!

I'm using mainly the Lykke Wallet app for buying and selling crypto. If you are not a real trader, Lykke is a good option taking into account the Swiss quality and the expected OTF license from FINMA.

The app is stable and easy to use but must be improved to meet the general high demand of customers.

So far I give a 4 rating. Let's see if I can see progress during 2020 to review Lykke again.

Their support is really fast and you can even call them and talk with real people. They operate from Switzerland and they follow a very strict and regulated path. Perhaps is a small exchange and not the best spreads but surely you can trust that your funds are safe!
