Appalling service I sent two…
Appalling service I sent two transaction a week ago the money still hasn’t arrived with the recipients. Since then I sent two with Remitly which have already arrived!
Pointless calls to verify transactions defo not worth the hassle !

Service has room for improvement.
The transfer was initiated on Saturday and did not complete until Monday. Another was started on Monday and was delayed as well as there can only be one transfer per day.The customer service did get in touch to explain this process however, considering the competition, there is significant room for improvement.

I tried sending money
I've used Lycaremit in recent months without any issues, so it was very annoying/frustrating to have had my transaction rejected on Wednesday. It was easy to move onto another service provider, but I wanted to know the reason/s behind the rejection which I couldn't get from their customer service agent/s hence my comments here which reflect how I felt or gone through. When I received a call from Eshwari she was able to explain the reasons and assured me she'd sort it out for me which she gratefully did and the next day the fresh transaction went through smoothly for which I am genuinely appreciative of Eshwari.
