Completely Broken System!
I initiated withdrawal request over a week ago after a transaction was declined which was initiated on 16/Sep/22. Took over a week to reflect back in my Lycaremit account.
Called numerous times to customer services also sent an email dated 3/Oct/22. But never got a response on my email.
From last 2 weeks I am calling them every alternate day and I barely got a satisfactory answer.
Their agent always said that it takes 3 to 4 working days, also we are writing email with higher priority to process your withdrawal.
It`s been 3 weeks now since I initiated transfer which was declined and over a week for withdrawal request.
I am wondering, even their customer support team can`t talk to their refund or accounts department directly! why they have to write emails why cant they just cant spoke over phone!? Worst service ever!
I doubt, I would never get my money back!

STOP SENDING ME SMS for RATES
IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH NOW SINCE I HAVE REPORTED FOR GETTING DAILY MESSAGES FROM LYCAREMIT ABOUT RATES TO SEND MONEY TO INDIA.
I DO NOT WANT THESE MESSAGES 'stop' SENDING THEM TO ME

i do not know how many times i have send a meassage to 4242 or 3232 to get this additional services of rates to STOP.

Worse service ever.
My Family need Money Urgent but they took more then 48 hours to release Money .
Normally with other companies wont take more then 1 hour !
