Premier Walsall booked room has a package with breakfast then charged for breakfast when asked was told book wrong package and asked if I could change told offer was only on when booked on the Saturday having a drink with family and was rudely told the bar was closed at 10 and we needed to get out when we said we were stopping in the hotel reply was so what we’re closing when we complain at front desk security turned up and very aggressive threatening to remove us from hotel just for complaining even one of the bar staff who was leaving the hotel stud up for us and told him to stop threatening us and to claim down I did notice that there are cameras in the lobby so I hope the manager reviews the footage we will never book a premier hotel again appalling service and very aggressive staff
