Didn't sign up to this company

Didn't sign up to this company. I am being bombarded with text messages with no way to unsubscribe or block despite what they say. Have reported to the ACMA and on their website it says as seen on channel 9. They will be hearing from me too. Scam company avoid at all costs.

Simply just can’t unsubscribe to messages

Absolutely get bombarded by text messages, blocking the number or whatever doesn’t even work.

Extremely frustrating & had to email through to try unsub.

13 MESSAGES IN TWO WEEKS! like come on give it a break it’s harassing as hell.

Can’t unsubscribe from their services

Can’t unsubscribe from their services. When provided references to ACMA reports for contravening the Australian Spam Act 2003 they send emails purportedly from a non existent law firm.

Ive been getting spammed via txt…

Ive been getting spammed via txt messages even though I have unsubscribed, I dont know how they got my number, next step for me is to call fair trading or the telecommunications ombudsman to see what avenues I have to sue them

Their customer support is awesome! I had this problem on my account and I couldn't purchase the additional entries. Jaz helped me through the process. I'll stay loyal to LXG!

I had a query with my membership and it was answered straight away. Extremely helpful and so lovely to deal with. LXG AU you have my vote and my membership. They have stolen my money

They have stolen my money, I can’t cancel it and it says that my email address doesn’t exist with them. There’s no way to cancel, they steal your credit card and money. They need to be sued.

In my short experience I found that…

In my short experience I found that they don't do draws when they advertise. It is a bit spammy but you can unsubscribe. I also got charged unwillingly 2 months later. Still no response to email even after 3 days. Had to go to my bank to get the refund.

I was a lucky winner in LXG AU

I was a lucky winner in LXG AU . I got a phone call in the evening as I was walking home from my local , and to be honest I thought this isn’t real BUT I got another text as I got in the door checked my bank and the money was there. So I can verify LXG AU is definitely legit.

Bullying and Harassment company !!

Somehow this company has got hold of my phone number and sends me endless amounts of unwanted text messages. Have tried to stop them but they ignore all requests. Have reported to Scamwatch and the ACCC

The website is intuitive, entries are straightforward, and the rewards structure is genuinely appealing.

I also like that there’s a community focus behind the business model.

I am so happy with LXG AU rewards club…

I am so happy with LXG AU rewards club I am basically getting 50% off shoes and clothes from there affiliates and I won a members draw from them too (unexpectedly) which feels so good, also Sunny is all in when I had a question he actually called me to discuss - very genuine guy 👌🏽

COMPANY SPAMS YOU

Despite constant unsubscribe attempts over 4 months, e-mails revoking consent, a cease and desist notice, and a formal undertaking from the business, they continue to send unsolicited spam messages. It's now been escalated to the enforcement team of ACMA for a very long list of breaches of the Spam Act, a criminal complaint relating to misuse of a carriage service to the Federal Police, and I am seeking legal advice. This company seems very grubby - steer clear.

EDIT: Regarding the response below from the business: I never received a call or spoke to this company over the phone - this isn't correct. Despite what they have said, it seems their unsubscribe facility is non-functioning - I have made at least five unsubscribe attempts (one of which was screenshotted), and have records of formally revoking consent in e-mail. Still, the company has continued to send spam (apparently via their sub-contractor, although that is not relevant) - this is non-compliant with the Spam Act. Again, they knew this following my correspondence of December 2025 - including that the unsubscribe facility was not causing an end to the texts. Hilariously, an hour after receiving the very confident response from this business that 'no more messages will be sent' (the second such undertaking I have received from this business), I received another spam text from them.

Hi Tim,
I personally called you to explain this so there was no confusion.

Our SMS provider supplies and manages the unsubscribe link. When a customer clicks the link and enters their number, the system automatically removes them from all future messages — this is not a manual process and does not require us to intervene.

This is the same compliant opt-out process used by major Australian providers and is fully Spam Act compliant. Once the opt-out is completed, no further messages are sent.

If you believe otherwise and want to escalate this legally, you’re free to do so — we have provider logs and compliance records to support our process.

No further messages will be sent.

Fun rewards club to be a part of

I came across LXG.AU a few months ago and liked the honest and humble way that Sunil and the team run their giveaway platform - so I decided to buy a few tickets every week - well today I was surprised to win a prize! Multiple unsolicited text messages from this 'giveaway website'. Never signed up with them. Hopefully one day this will be illegal. Can't be a good company if they have to spam people!
