We love these scales. Recently had to send on back for repairs under warranty, and when they found it to be unrepairable, they sent a new one. Great, seamless, helpful.

Had one of these scales for about 7 years now, battery went bad finally, simply replaced it. Life saver for the shop floor, makes counting parts a breeze.

Very helpful before and after sale
Very helpful before and after sale. People answer the phone! What a novelty and what service. The scale is working well. Only comment is that manual could be better explaining battery recharging on indicator(display) verses scale battery. Suggestion: scale battery should have low inicator light or warning so you know when to recharge before it dies.

The web site is miserable on a phone
The web site is miserable on a phone, between pop up ads that are hard to close and the recaptcha not working on the forgot password page. It took me 5 times longer to check out than it should have. Seriously fix the website at least the mobile version
