I was interested in looking for a flat and Rosie helped me a lot with the knowledge of the area. Her advise was really good and helped me think of lots of extra things too

LV managed a property for me. They provided a terrible service.

Very disappointing. No support or responsibility for landlords whatsoever. Please do not use them as your letting agents. Lost a lot of personal documents even though they are “stored in internal database” and wrecked the house.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Kate for all her help with finding and moving into my new flat. Kate’s support throughout the process made everything so much easier — from arranging viewings to handling the paperwork and keeping me updated at every stage.

I really appreciated her professionalism, responsiveness, and friendly approach. It made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. I’m absolutely delighted with my new home, and I’m very grateful for all her effort in helping me find the right place.

I’ll be sure to recommend Kate to friends and family who are looking for a property in the future!

Can’t thank Stacey at LV Property enough for all her help! From the moment I spoke to her, she was so friendly, genuine, and easy to get along with. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble — she kept everything clear and stress-free the whole way through. It’s rare to find someone who actually cares about what they do, but Stacey really does. An absolute pleasure to deal with and someone who truly makes the experience a positive one.

I’ve had the worst experience dealing with LV Property. There is absolutely no transparency in how they operate, and communication is terrible. They don’t reply to emails or follow up on important issues, leaving you completely in the dark. I’ve tried multiple times to get updates, but their lack of response and professionalism has been shocking.

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before dealing with LV Property. Poor service, no accountability, and zero communication – overall, a very disappointing experience.

I got an email at 4- 17 to tell me the appointment had been cancelled and the property was no longer available, so I replied to the email and said well thank you for the 13 minute notice.when we have got a bus into town, a tram and then walked almost to the property.
She emailed me back with a sarcastic message that she had tried to call me earlier but the phone wasn't answered or we would have known not to go, so I replied and said well did you leave a message telling me No you didn't, I said you have just managed to send me an email telling it's been cancelled why did you not send that 4 hours ago.
No because you found a tenant , picked up your finders fee and sod the other appointments.

This review goes specifically to Jackson Karidza, he was very kind and supportive with my first time rental journey. He ensured I had considered all necessary steps to successfully get my first rental property.
He has left a good image for the LV company. He delivered excellent customer service.

I have been extremely disappointed with LV Property and would not recommend them.

When I first instructed them, I was promised a proactive service and regular communication. In reality, the experience was the complete opposite. After raising concerns in July about the lack of progress and poor communication, I was assured that a revaluation had been arranged and that I would receive updates moving forward. Two months later, I had heard nothing further, no revaluation, no updates, and no evidence of any meaningful effort to market my property.

The only time I received any contact was when I chased them, and even then, the explanations given were weak and inconsistent. Despite paying for what was supposed to be a professional, high-value service, I ended up with silence and no results.

I have now instructed a different estate agent and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. The service I experienced from LV Property was unprofessional, unresponsive, and a complete waste of time.

Contacted Sana in Lettings for advice as a first-time renter. Her guidance was clear, professional, and reassuring — highly recommend her expertise!

Sana helped us throughout the move in process, there were slight delays in processing the move in monies but everything was sorted effectively on the move in day and we had a hassle-free move in.
