Luxurypropertymaintenance are always courteous and helpful. They keep me fully informed and involved in all decisions about work they are carrying out at my property which is vital to me as I am often away from the property for long periods. I am more than happy to leave them to work unsupervised as they have proved to be absolutely trustworthy, and the work is always to a high standard. They send detailed work orders before commencing a job and then similarly detailed reports after the work is completed, so I feel kept fully in the loop. Highly recommended.

Dan and his team were professional, transparent and cared about our experience throughout the entire process. It took months to gain sign off for the job from our freeholder, but Dan re-quoted and gave the best options each time and made sure we were happy each step of the way. Byron the engineer on both site visits was polite, diligent and ensured everything was completed to our satisfaction before leaving.

Dan, Marcus and Byron were great - all very friendly and professional. They came and repaired and serviced both our underfloor heating and fan coil units in our new flat. They were flexible about fitting us in and the work was done to a very high standard. We highly recommend them and won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

My LPM manager Daniel and the engineer Marcus were very helpful and efficient. When I had a HIU problem the other day, they came to check quickly, booked the valve within a short period of time, and solved the problem on the following day.

Marcus came by in short notice, and managed to diagnose and repair the issue speedy and professionally. Also really effective customer service communicating with Daniel to have job done smoothly. Well recommended!

Byron did an excellent job repairing the Vent-Axia ventilation system in my apartment. As it was an old unit, he had to change the motors and circuit board. He also thoroughly cleaned the heat exchanger and the ventilation grilles in the ceiling of each room of my apartment. He explained the process as he went along and gave detailed answers to my questions.

I would be happy to use Byron and Luxury Property Maintenance again in the future.
