I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the Lux Sales and SLS Framework services that I purchased. Despite my payment, the services promised were not delivered as expected. I made no sales with the system.

I must emphasize my disappointment with the reliability of your guarantee, which seems to be not worth the paper it is written on. My concerns and issues were not adequately addressed, and it appears that the primary focus remains on selling programs rather than ensuring customer satisfaction.
In the reply Lux stated I didn't qualify for the return because I failed to follow the contract. During my conversation with Nate my coach, he mentioned that I did not make enough phone calls to qualify for a refund. However, I am unclear about the specific number of calls required as per our contract, and the discrepancy between my efforts and Nate's assessment. The contract said I must put in a number of hours per week and I did. But that is the loop hole that they found and why I don't think their guarantee is worth anything. My coach asked me to take this review down and he would continue to work with me.

I engaged with LuxSalesConsultanting because I wanted to automate some of my prospecting efforts. I followed their system, I had an great success coach, but in the end, despite following all the steps, my efforts didn't lead to the promise of having the minimum number of ideal clients on my calendar. I followed their protocol and after doing so, requested a refund. They in turn offered me an additional 30 days to work with them; and, even though the momentum increased, the minimum number of appts was not achieved and I was given a full refund. I will say though, you have to follow the steps and request the refund within the required timeframe. I did that and was given 100% of my investment back. Although the alternative of the program being successful would've been preferable; I did in fact followe their protocol and requested a refunded in the time required, and was honored fully. I did see others have incredible success, it just wasn't an ideal fit for me.

They did a sale call with me and first thing they asked is how much I can afford to pay per month. They were talking about 2500 per month for a total of 15K. I didn't even understand what they did fully and already asking about money.

I have been with LUX for about a month and so far everything has been very good. The training is very good and detailed. My coaching calls have been superb and have helped a ton. We have almost everything setup to begin the marketing next week and if it follows everything to date it will be great.
