Dresses nothing like online images and cheap rubbish!

These are a daylight robbery and should be reported to police for the lies and stealing money from customers who then can't afford to send back to China for a refund!

Misleading website states your items are delivered next day when actually they are delivered in 14 days! Shows they were sent from UK when actually they were send from China! Asked to return the items and given an address in China that would cost me over £25 to send the items back to! Offered me 10% off another order! Why would I ever want to order from here again? It’s shocking. Just ignore all emails. Have reported to trading standards as they need closing down!

They are a scam...items are not as advertised...ordered a silk dress...received a polyester 2 piece...

Absolute garbage quality and expensive return to China. Avoid at all costs.

Do not buy, wish I had checked this site first as a complete scam, poor quality and unable to arrange a return/refund.

Absolutely terrible, the material was so cheap, everything about the dress was disgusting. I guess what you pay for you get. I couldn’t even be bothered sending it back, I put it in the bin where it belonged.

Absolutely disgusted by this company , my order arrived late, the quality of clothing was very poor when I emailed them I got a reply straight away offering me only 10% back and to basically sell the clothes to my friends when i declined this and said I would like a refund like they say on their website they have literally ignored me and I’ve sent 4 emails now . My order was over £100 companies like this should not be allowed to run a business what they say on their website is a lie they basically take your money , send you a load of rubbish and that’s it. Stay well clear if I was you .

Absolute Garbage, great ads on Instagram but the product is rubbish, the fabric is synthetic and see through, the way it’s put together, it looks like a rag!
Their page says “easy returns” - but there’s no return information so I contacted them via email. They offered me a 10% refund and advised to give my purchase to a “friend or family!”
I declined and asked for a total refund, I was offered 25% otherwise I should pay postage to return the garment to China! Not an “easy return.”!!!
I asked for a refund within 24 hours or I would leave a review, that didn’t work either. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE CHARLATANS, YOU WONT GET A REFUND AND ITS A DISGRACE THAT THESE TYPE OF COMPANIES ARE ALLOWED TO TRADE IN THE UK AND DONT FOLLOW TRADING STANDARDS RULES AND REGULATIONS. Stupid me for not checking that LUXONI LONDON isn’t a British company.

I have sent 3 emails to chase my order- heard nothing back and no customer service support or telephone number for my enquiry! I have not had a confirmation email either of my purchase, luckily I have a screenshot of my order- so disappointed as it was for a wedding!! Fuming

Don’t order from this company!!!! Clothes are terrible quality and when you try to return they give you an address in china or offer you a 10% reduction on the price for you to keep. PLEASE DONT USE.

This is a scam company. Cloths are absolutely nothing like the pictures. Absolute cheap nasty pieces of tat and they will not refund. Trust me and don’t buy them.

Absolutely not what it says it is. Received order but definitely an eBay “what I ordered vs what I got” moment. Just a piece of cheap silk, completely different colour to what was ordered, sewn together!

Never received my order. Complete scam!
