We used Luxo Design to fixed a vault in two old Velux skylights in our kitchen. Luxo where there only company to help us as nearly everyone else we tried in the London area said no. Luxo identified the problem and was able to fix the issue quickly. I would recommend using them.

We used Luxo to fix an electric roof velux which was faulty. They were brilliant from start to finish. I spoke to an efficient (real!) receptionist and a visit was arranged for the next day. The engineer was on time, friendly and polite, and fixed the problem very quickly and at a fair price. All-in-all a faultless service. If only all businesses could operate in the same way! No hesitation in recommending them.

Very efficient, from first contact to having our velux replaced took only 3 weeks. We had our initial consultation within a couple of days and two and a half weeks later we had the window fitted. The guys were great, very quick and tidy and walked me through other problems they identified replacing a couple of slates on my old roof too. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
