I have used luxmery to a few years and…

I have used luxmery for a few years and to say I’ve worn my body suits to death is not a lie! I recently ordered a different style , and they did not fit as well. When I reached out to customer service to return them, they instead allowed me to choose a different body suit and promptly sent it out for no charge! Unfortunately, then the address on file was not updated to my most recent address, and again they were willing to make it right. Customer service is outstanding ! And I will definitely
Stay a loyal customer !

Never received my items

Never received my items. Ordered on the 15th, that’s 3 weeks ago. It passed the deadline for delivery and still my parcel shows in a different country.
Unreliable if you are ordering for an event or for an after lipo phase 2 support. It’s not normal for a parcel to reach one month after placing an order or maybe more! Not ok. definitely will never order again from that site.

Fabulous Company

Great experience

I ordered 2 cami's which in my opinion weren't the right fit for me - I ordered 4xl, maybe I should have ordered a smaller size, but I wouldn't be able to put the smaller size on, it was hard to put on the 4 xl! I reached out to the customer service, wanting to return the cami's. They replied extra fast, they offered to send a replacement product or a different size, or refund me and I could keep the cami's to give to someone. I chose this latter option and now, 3 days later, I received a refund. This was the best experience with any customer service or company in the world I ever had! Thank you Luxmery, I will be ordering from you again!

I cannot fault the customer service of this small business

I cannot fault the customer service of this great little small business. I ordered two shape suits which unfortunately were not to my style or taste and so requested a refund.

I emailed on a Saturday and received a reply the same day. I was offered to choose an alternative item that may be more suited to my style/taste for free, and at the same time I could keep my items. I didn't want to request another one so I simply replied that I would like a refund and asked for a return form etc. The lovely sales manager (Stefanie) then told me that my refund had been processed, to contact them if I needed further assistance and at the same time I would not need to return my items to save any inconvenience. At this time, I am awaiting the refund and if this goes through without any issues, I honestly cannot think of a higher level of customer service from an online retailer!

Excellent Customer Service

Writing to Luxmery customer support, I must admit that I was not expecting a favourable response to me telling them that the sizes of the bodysuits I ordered were too small.

However, I was pleasantly surprised not only by the timely response but how attentive and responsive they were to my queries.

This is my best online customer experience.

I applaud the Luxmery team and implore then to keep up the excellent customer service.

Snatched waist unsmooshed boobs!!

I bought Luxmery for the first time a bit skeptical. When it arrived it looked small. But when I put it on OMG! I have never had such a snatched waist! And it didn't smoosh my boobs like other body suits do. Love love love it!!

Go and buy!!!

I was influenced- by a budget influencer- to buy one of these. I actually bought 3 as it seemed a good deal, and hoped for the best. My background is I have a load of clothes from 2016 that I’d like to fit in. I’ve recently lost 10 kg, but I’m still 7 kg + a kid past that day. I have a particular pair of jeans I’ve not worn since. I tried on last week and they weren’t for fitting. Then I tried on my first bodysuit- the xs/x round neck (I’m somewhere around a size 12 M&S)….and the jeans still don’t fit- only I now have to wear a belt with them to keep them up!!!!!!! The claims on the website are more than right!

My other 2 purchases were the originals with the adjustable straps. They don’t quite have the same impression effect, but they definitely still make clothes look better!

If I had any gripe, the gusset doesn’t quite feel comfy with the metal fasteners, but that’s something I can cope with- the body feels just great! Delivered in about 15 days. Go buy!

Customer service for this company is…

Customer service for this company is awful. They offered me a 50% refund for my return. This is not disclosed on their site or when you place an order. They will only respond via email, even when you call them on the phone. Email you sent takes them 48 hours to respond, so I’m now looking at a week including the weekend to get any kind of meaningful response. The company is located in Greece.

Customer Service at Luxmery is EXCEPTIONAL

My order didn't fit me and Julie in Customer Service couldn't have been more helpful in offering a couple of solutions (refund/return/replacement product). Her emails were thoughtful and helpful - and also timely. Just a really good experience all round.

White one doesn't wash well

Loved these bodysuits - delivery was quite slow but one they arrived I was happy: the fit and feel is fantastic. My only beef is that on first wash the white bodysuit (which was my favourite) dulled and took on a greyish tinge which I can't reverse, even though it was only washed with whites.

a good experience…

I have had a good experience with this company, the body suits came a bit late but I got updates which I appreciate. The quality is superior and I will be recommending this to my grand daughters who have marriages in the future,

Outstanding customer service!

I bought the viral bodysuit set with high hopes but unfortunately given I am a bit taller than average, the length was not quite right for me. I thought that was the end of my experience but no! Wait. What a wonderful service I received from Julie!

I put up a small review, saying the above and Julie reached out. She was disappointed I did not like the bodysuit but totally understood. You offered another product or a full refund. I suggested the refund would be best and the refund was processed and in my account the next morning. Julie never asked me to return the product first or questioned my decision. She even let me know I could keep the bodysuits and maybe even gift them to someone else. What an experience!! Although Luxmery was not right for me I can’t recommend them highly enough. Well done team you made my day and other companies, big and small, could learn a lot from you. Outstanding.
