This was my first time to order from this company. At first I did not get my shoes that I ordered and I kind of gave up on finding them. However, Maris contacted me and immediately ordered another pair for me and I received them within a week. She kept in contact with me until I received the shoes and I’m so happy. Let me start off by saying I was very skeptical about ordering and it took me over a year to actually make a purchase. I ordered a pair of Gucci shoes, regrettably they did not fit. Maris was outstanding handling the exchange. Timely, courteous and most importantly did what she said she would do! Her customer service is outstanding and she is also very kind.
